Good solid quality product. Griddle gets amazingly hot very quickly. I really like the locking wheels because I roll it around my deck area to use it. I also got the cover and accessories kit which I highly recommend as their tools are as good as you can find on the market.

We had this griddle for 2 weeks now and cooked pretty much every food we love to grill on our deck: salmon, shrimp, NY strip, burger, chicken breasts and thighs, sausage, pork loin, kabobs and veggies. Everything came out perfectly seared and nothing sticks. We haven't tried the air fryer yet but this will be next with chicken wings. Make sure you season it well before you cook for the 1st time. I put 5 thin coats of Blackstone griddle seasoning on it following the instructions I found on Youtube. Cleaning and oiling after each use is a must and doesn't take more than 10mn. Overall we are very pleased with it, its quality and also its looks and we do not regret the Weber Spirit grill we used for 9 years before.

My husband wasn't sure about the black stone griddle until he used it. Now he uses it all the time and finds reasons to cook on it.

The 28" Griddle with Air Fryer and Warmer is great. Love cooking on the top. Never cooked on a griddle before and so far all the meals have been fantastic. Looking forward to continue to learn how to use all the tools. Assembly was very easy with the step by step instructions.

This is our 3rd Blackstone purchase and the best one so far! The ability to have the griddle along with the Air Fryer/Warming Baskets is GREAT! We can't wait to use it for a family gathering this summer.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
