Outstanding product !!!! Assembly was a bit difficult as a couple of the holes did not align properly but was able to work through and get assembled. Seasoning was easy and the first cook went outstanding (Burgers with Mushrooms and Bacon).

My husband loves this griddle. We work in the food business and he works on a griddle professionally but he loved cooking on this at home. So far we've done breakfast, lunch, & dinner on it. Certainly saves my kitchen

I simply love this thing. I'm frying eggs, sautéing peppers/onions/mushrooms. Searing steaks. All while I'm air frying tater tots and chicken nuggets. I use it 3-5 times a week.

Every thing worked perfect good product except for instructions step 5 & step 15. 5 said to use eight of the M5x15 screws and that is not right they are too small they were supposed to be M6x16 in the packet got to step 15 and figured it out that there is a pypo in your instructions the M5x15 screws go into the handles for the air fryers

We love the blackstone and have already made so many great meals on it! We are disappointed that it arrived damaged (just cosmetically, it functions fine) and are still waiting 2+ weeks to hear from customer service.

Got my Blackstone for Father's Day and I've used it everyday since. My kids & wife love it and so do I. I have since purchased all the accessories as I am obsessed with it.

At the time of purchase it was misleading that this was a propane air fryer. The reason for this purchase. It is not, it is fully electric

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
