Bought on the 18th of July. The assembly went smooth, love the threaded inserts. The area we ran into was threading the casters inro each leg. 3 went well, the last one was difficult; the steel backing plate with a through hole was welded off center. See photo 1. Beyond that, the remaining assembly was easy and straight forward. Instructions and pictures for assy was excellent. A perk, Blackstone provided a fasterner pak, each type was in its own blister pocket and labled what it was - all on one parts card. Made assembly that much easier. Today started to season the griddle, but too windy. Overall, exceptional manual, well written, easy assembly, an exceptional griddle, sharp appearance, form fit and function is also exceptional. Now looking forward to griddle'n up some chow!!

I've always loved grilling, but what I didn't know is that I really always wanted to have cast iron griddle. This has made everyone in my home start cooking and since we hooked it up to natural gas, it's incredibly convenient. The griddle was easy to set up. It heats up fast. The air fryer heats up quickly as well. The best part is that all the things we'd cook inside that lead to bad odors and grease in the air are all outside, now.

So I purchased this to replace my 4 burner griddle with air fryer as I couldn't find new tubes for the old one. It is ok and does the job for sure but I am missing the space I had on my 36 inch and also miss the extra basket for the air fryer. I love all my blackstone but wish I had gotten the 36 inch instead.

I was very interested in this but nowhere in the marketing do I see anything about the air fryer part being electric? I was trying to figure out what the on/off switch was for and one of the reviews mentioned the electric air fryer. I might still purchase this, but you really need to add details about the electric fryer. What if I put it on the patio with no outlet available? How many amps does it draw? What temp will it heat at? Is there an overload or temperature safety trip? Wil lit work with a GFCI receptacle? Etc....

I bought this as a Christmas present for my partner. It's a win for both of us. He loves it and I love him making breakfast, lunch, or dinner! From what he's told me, it's much easier using this as opposed to using a stove/oven or other outdoor kitchen appliances he already had. Time wise it is incredibly convenient both cooking on it and cleaning it. We have utilized the air fryer basket a lot as well. It is also visually appealing!

First time user of these flat tops and boy am I impressed. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I watched the seasoning video and did exactly what was recommended. The grill is spectacular. Nothing sticks and cleans easily. The air fryer is a great feature. Not as big as I would want but it did the trick.

The unit looks very nice. The griddle cooks great. The lid is difficult to open because it twists while lifting up. The air fryer is extremely disappointing. One example: A couple days ago I was using both a stand alone air fryer and the Blackstone air fryer to make potato rounds for a large group of people. The Blackstone air fryer took 50-75% longer to make the same amount. This is after I let the Blackstone unit preheat for 20 minutes.

The Fryer is not that great. The griddle top slides forward out of its mounting hole too easily when you're lifting the lid.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
