We purchased the 28 air fryer combo yesterday at Moncton KENTS NB. We are missing the known wedge for the air fryer. Keeps turning. Loose. How do we get the wedge? Second picture is what we are missing. Other then that, took less then 2 hours to put together. 2 people. Can't wait to try her out.

We have the 22" Griddle we use when camping in the RV. This griddle is just as great and we love the Air Fryer and Warming Drawer. So simple to use and enjoy. The food taste so much better when cooked on a cast iron cooking surface.

Griddle/Lid assembly does not stay connected to base/wheel assembly. Every time we go to move the grill around the pins move. Needs to be some active connection there.

After having been an owner of a 36" standard Blackstone Griddle for years, we recently sold our summer camp and let the original griddle go and replaced it at home with this 28" griddle with air fryer/warming drawer! So incredibly happy! The Air Fryer/Warming Drawer are incredibly functional ...cooking fries while your burgers are on the griddle etc. Finished with the sausage and bacon for breakfast and moving on to eggs? Toss in the warming drawer while cooking. The possibilities are endless!

I have used this for a couple weeks and I love the grill. Negatives are. I am not so crazy about the cover. I could be wrong but the cover in the way it is hinged seems like it may be a problem in the future. It kind of kinks when you open it. The magnets on the shelve pull out. Positives I love the air fryer! and the grill itself. I also like the extras like the towel holder. Nice touch!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
