Well made, easy to assemble and fits perfectly in screen room (with 15ft. ceiling and large fan). In lieu of using the door, a 20 lb. propane tank can be attached to the control unit/burner pan, and then lowered through the table.

I recently purchased the Fire Sense Wagner 33in x 24in Round Aluminum Propane Fire Pit Table. This unit is attractive and easy to assemble. I have fired it up a couple of times and have not had any issues with the unit itself but suggest that the instruction manual I received with the unit should be reviewed and amended. Under the section entitled "Lighting" the manual states -- Step 1) Turn the control knob to OFF. Step 2) Fully open the LP cylinder valve. (For initial start hold Control Knob IN for 2 minutes to purge air from the gas line.) Step 3) Push and turn the control knob counterclockwise to HIGH. Step 4) While holding the control knob in, push the Electronic Ignition button to ignite the main burner. Step 5) After the fire pit lights, wait 45 seconds, then release the control knob. Following those instructions my fire pit flared up momentarily but then would not restart. I thought my unit may be faulty but I then read the instructions on the burner unit itself, which made a world of difference. The Fire Sense Manual should be rewritten to reflect the instructions on the burner -- Step 3) Push and turn the control knob counterclockwise to LOW. Step 5) After the burner lights hold the knob in an additional 15 seconds then release. My fire pit now lights up perfectly.

Table came in great condition with all parts including spare fasteners and tools. It was easy to assemble and fired up on the first try. It looks perfect on our small deck area to include our chairs. Exactly what we wanted.

Easy to assemble. All parts were carefully packed. Beautiful wrought iron pattern with bronze finish. We like the gas tank hidden under the table and the higher 50,000 BTU fire. Adjustable flames are gorgeous colors on the glass beads that cover the burner. We've had lots of compliments!

This Wagner fire pit is exactly what I was looking for. Great directions with pictures and words!! It went together easily and had all the parts needed with a few extra screws, nuts. It came with the tools needed to put it together. It lit easily following the instructions. We found that the low setting was perfect. The only negative is the cover is NOT waterproof. We had a day of rain and the water seeped thru. I used some Scotchguard on the cover and fixed that. Overall a great product and I am happy with this purchase. Recommend this fire pit!

Although this is not the exact model I purchased, it is very similar in size and design, both of which were a perfect addition to our outdoor living space. The assembly was straight forward. My only complaint would be that the supplied LPG cylinder regulator was damaged and had to be replaced.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
