I was excited to open the box when the fire table arrived and I was not disappointed upon seeing the product itself. Installation was a snap between my wife and myself. It took about an hour or so and that is about what I expected. We had a bit of an issue getting the door to close properly but after reviewing each step, we made a couple of adjustments and finally got the door to operate as it should. It fired right up on the first try and we were most pleased with the operation and the resulting beauty of the fire over the clear glass beads.

This firepit looks great on our back deck. We ordered it on a Wednesday, was delivered the following Sunday and took about two hours to assemble. Assembly was fairly easy and the instructions were straightforward. Minor issues: two of the steel screw studs didn't line up and took a little encouragement with a rubber mallet; there was a small dent in one of the side panels (not noticeable enough to complain) ; the propane cylinder did not easily slide into the internal compartment (maybe I'll get better at this with practice). I really like the fact that several of the small hardware parts came with spares. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

The packaging was well done and made handling the product pre construction much easier. The parts were well defined, with extra parts in all categories and the instructions easily understood. The finished product is very attractive and fits our need perfectly

Overall the best designed fire pit we could find with all of the features and quality of materials we were hoping for in a LPG fire pit. Highly recommend this unit for ease of assembly, best finish and great price!

I received this as a service anniversary gift from my employer and it is very nice. Easy to assemble and very stylish. So glad it came with a cover to protect it.

We like this fire pit, though the pit itself is rather small. There is room for the manufacturer to make the pit diameter a bit wider. Additionally, the instructions should state that when lighting it, the control knob needs to be depressed - not just turned to "on", Further, your customer service reps should know this as well and inform the customer when a customer calls about the unit not lighting. It does light right up when the control knob is turned to "on" and the knob is depressed when pushing the ignitor, One other point, the instruction manual also should include that following assembly, when attempting to set the 20# propane tank into the cavity, one should lift up or remove the burner. Otherwise, there is no way to insert the propane tank. I know the manual states that one can remove the burner if desired, but it's actually necessary for the burner to be lifted up out of the way.

Assembly was a snap with the clear directions provided along with diagrams for further assistance. The fire pit is sturdy. The table top is beautifully embossed with a great bronze finish. The addition of the lid adds a nice look to the overall appearance. Pleasantly surprised considering the price! Includes a cover!

Flame gets very high and gives off a lot of heat. Can be used as a table when the fire is not in use.

All in all it was easy to build and is very good looking. The only issue was that the fire pit top has a a threadolet that isn't threaded properly. As a consequence 3 out of the 4 bolts that attach to the table top are fully threaded while the 4th is not.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
