Received this fire pit as a gift. The ambiance of the fire and glass pebbles is so beautiful. Would highly recommend!

We purchased this fire pit to be the centerpiece of an overhauled front-of-house area...no more mulch, lots of river rock. As for the product itself, packaging was well done. The "one of each" spare hardware parts is a great touch. I had missed the fact that there were leveling screws on the bottom of each leg which proved very useful on the rough flagstone the pit is setting on. The included cover is good quality as well. By looking at the ad, we were perhaps unsure about the artwork on the top as opposed to the seemingly elegant flat/plain options but it really does look nice in person. The only thing I'd like slightly better is the door latch - there's no "stop" - you just have to know to turn it a quarter turn to the right position.

This fire table arrived within three days of ordering it! All of the parts were packaged well with clear instructions, making assembly easy. The finished product is beautiful!

Absolutely love how this pit looks and how sturdy it is. Unfortunately, I could not give five stars because I needed to correct two manufacturing issues so I didn't need to wait for replacement parts. One holes in one of the side panels was not pre-drilled in the correct spot to line up with the location of the upper leg stud. This was surprising as I would think the manufacturer would be using drill jigs. The lower leg stud hole was positioned correctly so I just drilled a new hole to align with the upper leg stud. Also, one of the two threaded holes on the cross bar for the tank ring support was not thread tapped. Since I don't have metric taps, I tapped this hole for an American thread and replaced the bolt to fit. Easy fixes for someone with the tools.

Easy to setup. Used the fire pit the first night. Beautiful design and quality. Emits even heat and flames. I appreciate the fire pit can be placed on a wood surface.

It shipped quickly, and first thing I noticed it was very well packaged. The hardware is organized in a blister pack, and the assembly instructions are adequate. I won't say it was super easy but doable. The upside down illustration of attaching the Tank Support Ring was confusing to me, I oriented it wrong at first, just remember you want it in the direction that puts your tank lowest for most clearance above the tank. Pros: this a beautiful unit, good price for all aluminum construction (the top and center cover are cast aluminum, no "gaps" in the weave pattern like the sides and door have). The flame is beautiful, we bought a deep blue reflective Celestial fire glass. The included cover FTP1975 looks nice and fits perfect, I don't know if it's water resistant but not a big deal for aluminum. Cons: a little tricky assembling the side panels and door into a perfect circle, my door opening ended up with more gap at the top than bottom, probably won't be noticed by anyone else though. I had trouble the first few days getting the propane to light up before I could smell gas (the igniter snaps just fine). Before calling customer service I tried 3 things, one or more of these corrected the problem: 1) worked a pipe cleaner into all the little burner holes near the pilot spark housing, 2) blew a compressed air can into those holes, and 3) moved fire glass away from all sides of the pilot housing, and away from most all of the holes in the fire ring.

Was not aware that I had to put this unit together. I would have liked that the burner was attached with some screws and not just sitting on the base. Seems OK but I would have thought is would have been screwed in. All in all the unit is as described and is a great addition to our patio. I would recommend this to a friend.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
