We like this fire pit, though the pit itself is rather small. There is room for the manufacturer to make the pit diameter a bit wider. Additionally, the instructions should state that when lighting it, the control knob needs to be depressed - not just turned to "on", Further, your customer service reps should know this as well and inform the customer when a customer calls about the unit not lighting. It does light right up when the control knob is turned to "on" and the knob is depressed when pushing the ignitor, One other point, the instruction manual also should include that following assembly, when attempting to set the 20# propane tank into the cavity, one should lift up or remove the burner. Otherwise, there is no way to insert the propane tank. I know the manual states that one can remove the burner if desired, but it's actually necessary for the burner to be lifted up out of the way.

Assembly was a snap with the clear directions provided along with diagrams for further assistance. The fire pit is sturdy. The table top is beautifully embossed with a great bronze finish. The addition of the lid adds a nice look to the overall appearance. Pleasantly surprised considering the price! Includes a cover!

Flame gets very high and gives off a lot of heat. Can be used as a table when the fire is not in use.

All in all it was easy to build and is very good looking. The only issue was that the fire pit top has a a threadolet that isn't threaded properly. As a consequence 3 out of the 4 bolts that attach to the table top are fully threaded while the 4th is not.

Looks and works great! I looked at a lot of gas fire pit tables and this one is great. Past reviews mention a bad latch, no more that part is assembled and works great. 100% satisfied, at least with the fire table, no easy task.

I purchased the fire pit for my patio not really sure what I was getting... As it arrived yesterday and I thought ok lets see how many hours this is going to take to assemble.. I was so surprised that I had this completely done in under an hour... Once the assembly was completed I could not believe the quality and how sturdy this item was..I have not fired it up yet but just seeing in on my patio looks amazing !... Cant wait to fire her up !

I put this together today by myself. It took almost 2 hours, but the directions were clear and I followed them exactly. Nothing was missing - an illustration labeled all parts. It lit and looks great!

This Aluminum 34" Split wood Basket weave in Burnished Bronze finish is eye catching even before it is lit. When lit the flame is evenly distributed through the clear polished glass beads which just seem to flowlike liquid with the dancing flames. the control panel is totally user friendly. Just turn on the propane bottle, push and hold in the flame control knob and turn to on position, push in the electronic ignition button (AAA battery not included) and enjoy the fire. Twisting the control knob adjusts the evenly produced flames from low,(which is what we usually use in Florida) to a toasty 37,000BTU. Pretty similar to lighting a gas grill. A standard 20 LBS. propane tank conceals under the firepit with access through a hinged matching motif door. There is a nice matching aluminum center area cover so the firepit can be used as a table when not lit, and a weather resistant cover for longer periods of non use. I assembled by myself in about an hour, but used my own 10 mm wrench rather than the one supplied. Well built, this should last for many years.

Very good looking. Fit and finish is well done. The electric starter works which has been a problem for us in the past on other models. Overall for the price it's a very nice unit.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
