I absolutely love this and quite honestly feel like it should be included with the original product. This thing is amazing for the summer nights when you don't want any chance of any sparks to shoot back out at you while enjoying the amazing power of the solo stove. I would highly recommend it to any solo stove owner!

Received my Solo damaged in shipment -- the insurance is a great backup -- sent the replacement the next day and I had it up running -- build very well -- very nice and no smoke once up and running. Thanks

My wife and I love to spend time on our deck, and until last year our deck time was limited during the cold months. We have a propane heater that works fine when the temperature is 45 degrees and above, but it does not produce enough heat to keep us both comfortable at temperatures below 45 degrees. Last fall, I bought a Solo Stove Yukon, and now we can enjoy deck time even in below freezing temperatures. The Solo Stove lights quickly and begins radiating heat within minutes. Plus, once it gets going it really is smokeless. I would rate my Solo Stove with ten stars if I could.

I'm using this on my composite deck and if you use the ring, the bottom will never be hot enough to do any damage to the boards. However, we have had several large ambers kick out of the fire and damage both the deck (melt spots) and put some holes in chairs and clothing. This screen has completely fixed that problem. The very small stuff that might make it through now isn't enough to do any major damage. Very happy with the purchase. But... this doesn't play well with the heat deflector. It's a bit tight to get wood in and out with the deflector on and you don't want to pull the deflector on and off every time you want to add wood. You can still manage to wedge it in there, so I'll continue with this set up, but they don't seem to be designed to work well with each other.

I decided to buy this product to fit over my Yukon because I have some damp wood I was burning and embers were popping out of the fire pit over my outdoor couch. I also didn't want the kids to get hit with anything. Overall product works great and I'm glad I bought it. It's pricey however and I absolutely wouldn't have bought it at full price. I saw a decent sale on the item and purchased. As with anything solostove, the prices are super high.. So you need to be judicious with what you buy or you'll be spending a fortune. That said, products are well made so you usually get high quality goods.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
