Perfect size for cooking camping meals for a family of 3-4. The lid is great for keeping the weather and tree debris off the grill when not in use. Totally replaced my Weber Q gas grill for camping.

Having issues with not burning hot enough and the igniters don't work. Less than thrilled with this griddle and I so wanted to love it. Hoping to find solutions.

Like the grill but the way they attach the grill deck to the base is sub standard. Out of the four legs only two have flared end to slide in a slot, but the other two only set their. Would be much better if all four attached and did not slip off easily.

So far we have made burgers, pancakes, eggs, bacon and french toast on the Blackstone 22". After getting used to the temperature zones, the food has come out pretty delicious. I'd say overall it is a solid griddle but does have some negatives. First, despite the large cook top size, there is at least 2 inches along the front, one inch in the back and some areas on the sides that do not get any real heat on them so they are pretty much cool zones. If you have a half a pancake sitting on one of those it will barely cook while the other half does. Second, is the weight. With the base and top of it together it is a pretty heavy haul and quiet awkward because one wrong move and the top will separate from the base (it slides together but does not lock in place). So very important to carry it upright and carefully. Third, whoever is in charge of stickers there should be fired tomorrow. The hood had an 8x12 sticker on it that shredded into a million pieces trying to get off and so I had to use a remover solvent on that. Then I noticed there is warning sticker on the burner section and that came off in one pull but left a sticky residue on the front of the unit. Still haven't gotten that off. Despite the frustrations, I am am enjoying learning to cook griddle-style and the family has enjoyed the meals. I would just think for the luxury-item price of this griddle they would take a few more steps to make it more consumer friendly.

We love this griddle. It is the perfect size for 2. Have cooked everything from a full breakfast of bacon, eggs and pancakes, having everything done at one time for 2. My kitchen is staying very clean, we have less pots and pans to wash. We have cooked chicken breast, green beans pan fried potatoes and onions. We even made a fried rice with steak strips much like a Japanese steak house. I have actually been able to make the best easy over eggs on this griddle as they do not stick. The seasoning was super easy. I used Olive Oil and gave it 4 good coats to start and then made bacon on the griddle. It is very well seasoned after only 10 days. I highly recommend and I would buy it again. I purchased the spatulas with this as well. They are heavy for me but I love the length and the fact they have sharp cutting edges. I need to purchase a metal scraper to clean the griddle of the thin layer of sticky that gets on it. I would recommend purchasing one with this griddle.

We bought this griddle for camping trips and it did not disappoint. We've had steaks, burgers, vegetables, and several breakfasts on it, and all were are great. Finding the right heat setting is a little tricky, but an awesome product we hope to use for several years.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
