Holes didn't match up to put together. So the top and bottom of the griddle could not be put together.

We have used it for burgers, cheese steaks, and grilled cheese sandwiches. We absolutely love it so far. The only problem we have had so far was that when it got hot the last time it popped out and twisted like it was warped. After it cooled down it went back. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Grill works great! Awesome heat control and grease drainage. Easy to clean. Will have to purchase canvas cover extra, wish it was included.

After my house was hit hard by Hurricane Ian, I had to get something or someplace to live in for an unspecified amount of time (like everyone else Insurance problems), as well as being disabled because i was run over by a vehicle I decided i should invest in A RV to put in my back yard, not wanting to do 100 percent of cooking inside the RV for obvious reasons I bought this griddle, being in the industry and working with grills like this on a bigger scale, i knew this could do anything, quick efficient and the best of quality, I saw the video and was extremely excited to see that the cart made it so easy to set up once all put together, I was offered a free cart with the purchase, It all arrived quickly and on time and I was happy to see that putting it together was easy, but the cart I was given was just a stand , meaning i would have to heft the grill off the cart to put it away as well as the cart, I kind of know that this was mostly my fault and did not check into the ( free cart) to see if it was like the one in the video. All IN All, I will make it work, might try to at least be putting wheels on it to make it easy to move it from location to location. This is one piece of equipment that makes life just that little bit easier.

Great option for grilling on the go. Only problem I had was it really struggles to get hot. I was cooking outdoors on a fairly windy day but was pretty disappointed.

Great griddle except for the pins on the back that holds the top and bottom together. The front pins does latch but the back does not.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
