The griddle is designed quite well, but the griddle top is badly domed and unusable as a result. All oil immediately runs to the corners. Based on my individual experience, I cannot recommend this product. I can however recommend the Blackstone 17" griddle without reservation.

Grill only has very small flame with small propane tanks or with hose adaptor and large propane tank. Once I bought a gas line with adaptor at the tank it works very well. Large flame, gets very hot, very easy to clean. Wish they would include a hose that works.

I bought my black stone last winter and love the taste of food cooked on cast iron. I am however disappointed with the igniters. They have not worked from day one.

And not just junk, overpriced junk!!! Bought it and the ignition switch was bad. They send new ones. They didn't work either!!! Used it twice and the regulator went out. Bought a new one and it didn't work!!!! Bought another one, that didn't work either!!! This thing is crap from start to finish!!!!

The product is exactly as advertised . Maybe a little heavier than I had expected(which is good). My advice is to SEASON the griddle as recommended(5 or 6 times)

We love our Blackstone. We use it camping and in our backyard. It is convenient and easy to use. The clean up is easy. My husband loves cooking on it.

We bought this tabletop griddle to be used as we travel in our 5th wheel and used it several times. We can hook the 1lb bottle to it or hook it up to our RV outside LP line or we have the regulator fo a 20lb bottle. Big enough for us and small enough to store in RV.

I love it so far but the QC is not so great & the bad reviews about the customer service had deterred me from even contacting them. The edges of the griddle were very sharp & had some burs that I used a file to correct. The cooking surface had a weld or some sort of high spot that I used a little sandpaper to tame. It is still noticeable to the touch but does not snap on a spatula like it did at first. Even with the QC issue I've turned out some great meals. Would I like a new cook top? Sure. Is it worth getting the run around from them. No. Would I buy this product again? Absolutely.

Perfect size to take camping! If you've cooked on cast iron before, it will be easy to season it. It's nice to be able to cook your whole meal at once!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
