I absolutely love the Cuisinart 360 Griddle.! It's very easy to assemble and comes with step by step instructions. Once assembled we followed the instructions on how to season the griddle. We found using the lid during this process to help quite a bit. We used olive oil that we added our own seasoning to. We did it 3 times like suggested. We threw on a few pieces of Ham and pineapples to give it a try. Cooked them perfectly. The next morning we made bacon,ham and eggs. I was amazed that nothing stuck to the griddle and the space available to cook more then one item is my absolute favorite thing about this griddle. The heat disperses evenly so nothing burns or is left uncooked. It's simple to clean after use and the drip pan is also easy to keep clean. We went ahead and bought a cover for ours to protect it from the weather. I will add we have been using a 7 gallon tank so it doesn't fit under the griddle. It will fit up to a 5 gallon tank which we plan on purchasing soon. We use this griddle almost every day since receiving it. I am impressed with this griddle and plan on researching more Cuisinart products.

I love the versatility of this grill I already have a charcoal grill but this is so convenient and fast, no waiting for hot coals The box suggested that you need two people to assemble this I did not find this the case, and although I'm not a fan of putting things together I found this really easy to do I must admit I spent some time trying to put the folding side table on I found the instructions a little confusing, But only because the Table felt a little bit stiff and almost felt as if I didn't have it on right when in fact it was perfect It takes a regular 20 pound LP gas tank and has wheels so it's easy to move around It does require seasoning and there are covers available to purchase If I could change one thing it would be that The Cover wants included with the grill My hamburgers and hotdogs turned out really nicely and they didn't stick to the griddle I'm looking forward to cooking more meals on my new grill

Replacement parts are not available. I lost the grease collection cup from mine and can not locate a replacement. Currently in am using a pain bucket

Arrived defective, I had to used lighter to turn it on every time. I called manufacturer and they sent me the replacement part, I had to figure out how to install it myself with zero instructions, kind of a hassle, I didn't expect this from a brand new unit. After this replacement was done, it's been working as expected, I do like the unit a lot, very easy to use and clean, I love the fact that it's on wheels to transport and small enough for small spaces.

It works as advertised and I am quite satisfied. Food cooks quickly, the surface heats pretty evenly, and once the seasoning stage is done, nothing sticks. My only issue is cleaning the large cooking dome as it won't fit in the sink and grease splatters it when cooking because it rests on a hook right by the griddle area or is on the griddle when cooking. It takes a lot of scrubbing.

This think is great, So far I've cooked burgers, steak, chicken, and pork. I've cook all 3 meals in one day. Pizza does well on it, My wife stated the best pizza she has ever ate.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
