Instant JETFIRE Ignition
If a grill doesn't reliably light, it's not a reliable grill. Napoleon's Instant JETFIRE ignition lights the first time, every time. The design sends a jet of flame to light each burner individually. You can light your grill with the twist of your writs. Batteries not required! With cross-lighting burners, in the unlikely event that a burner goes out or fails to light, it automatically relights. There's a cross-light bracket between burners that passes flame to the unlit burner, assuring safe and reliable grilling.
High Top Lid
The Napoleon Rogue SE 425 RSIB Propane Grill's heavy-duty high top lid pivots on a central point to keep the opening within the same space as the body of the grill. In addition, though the lid is are heavy, the design provides leverage to easily open it. The higher height gives you space to grill larger meats, and the double layer of insulation works to keep the heat in and helps it circulate for greater heat control.

Just got this grill went from a 15 year old Holland. Constructed very well. The literature on install was a little buggy but a quick YouTube video and I figured it out . Less than a hour to install. Would buy again. Very well pleased with it .

Once after I assembled my Napoleon Phantom Rogue SE-425 grill, a process which took me about 4 hours, I experienced a bit of a learning curve. This grill is hot - Really HOT and after a few meals, I got much better at managing the burners. This grill is like driving a Porsche after years of being in a VW. Each Burner lights the first time - every time. The left-side Searing Burner gets amazingly hot quickly and the searing rack is slightly adjustable in height. Last weekend, I BBQed a Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak (about an 1-1/2") for 40 minutes at 400 degrees with a Reverse Sear. They Came out perfectly Medium Rare. I have also grilled Whole Chickens, Drumsticks, Burgers, Vegetables, even Shrimp all with really tasty results. Perhaps the best compliment is when I'm grilling, my dog gets really happy and dances around in anticipation. I truly recommend this grill for it's quality, materials and ability to make some really great meals.

I use the Nap SE 425 grill 4x a week and I love it. It was a really pain to assemble and the instruction book had little to no verbiage only pictures made from a hieroglyphic wall artist. The sizzle zone is a great feature, but it takes some mastering to use. I have experienced this the hard way, charred on the outside, rare on the inside; however the dogs loved them. Overall, I would rate the quality as 8+ and would recommend this product, but recommend a discounted price due to assembly.

I have used grill about a dozen times and found it to more even heating from front to back across the grill. Burner valves have a wide range that provide more precise temperature control. I also have found it easy to clean and the fold down sides provide good storage flexibility.This grill has checked all my boxes of desire and I definitely recommend this grill.

I had to get the panel replaced by customer service due to rusting. Trying to regulate the heat is a bit difficult as the grill overall runs hotter than I expected.

I've only used this grill for a week or so and it performs well. Some features I haven't used yet such as the infrared burners but those will be used in the future. The grill cover fits perfectly and I'm going to order a rotisserie soon. I chose natural gas since when I recently built my home I designed it with natural gas lines throughout and an exterior line for a natural gas grill. Propane tanks running out during cooking isn't fun and the only solution is to have a spare tank around or weighing the tank before the cooking begins. The grill was organized well in the packaging and was protected as best as could be. It took me a little over an hour to assemble (about half of the time was spent removing items from the packaging and disposing of the cardboard, plastic, zip ties, etc.). This is a relatively new grill so Youtube assembly videos don't match up exactly as this grill needs to be assembled.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
