Just used it twice so far. Assembly was easy. Only problem was the plastic gas line hose clamp broke when trying to install it. That was the only cheap part I found during assembly So, I drilled a hole in its base and attached it to the unit with a bolt and nut of my own. Otherwise, this unit is sturdy. I need to get used to the stainless steel grates, which are easier to clean than my previous unit's cast iron grates.

When I bought this BBQ I specifically asked for a Canadian made Napoleon. Upon it being delivered to my home and setting it up I noticed the label stated it was made in China. Returned it and got a different model. Should have double checked before leaving the store.

Our Prestige and PRO models are manufactured in Ontario, Canada. We are proud of our Rogue line up, it comes with a great warranty and is held to the same stringed quality control that the rest of our grills are held to. We have not used the grill yet, however, upon unpacking it from the shipping carton, I must say; it is the most thorough and best packaging I have ever seen! All the parts for this grill were intact and of the highest quality! We are so happy to have this in our possession and looking forward to many years of service. Thank you!!!!

Purchased this over an other Weber model as we presumed these were made in Canada but alas made in China like the Weber. What made our choice easy was the burner lighting crossover feature which Weber no longer offers. Assembly was a bit confusing as pictures are not representative of actual parts, none the less once 1/2 assembled only a few parts were needed to be swapped. In the assembly pics front & back are difficult to discern not a real issue just a PITA. Cooking is fantastic love the SS grates heat output is much more than our Weber of equal BTU's I know that doesn't make sense but this grill cooks faster and heats up quicker initially. All in all a very nice grill and would reccomend to friends & family.

We gifted my dad with this grill and it's his first one. Features we love are how intuitive it is to use and how we can easily move the grill around the deck as needed. It's sturdy and does the job well. So far we've grilled meats, veggies, cakes and other desserts on it - no complaints at all!

**NAPOLEON MAKES IT SUPER EASY TO SET UP BBQ WITH STEP BY STEP SET UP VIDEOS** My wife and I found that out the hard way. It took us about 2 hours to put together (Wouldn't have taken that long if we had watched the step by step instructional video provided for this grill). Fun team building activity though! That being said, I LOVE this grill! The storage space in the side panels is genius. Little hooks on the side of the panels provide extra space for BBQ tools. Compact with foldable panels. Can move it easily with the durable wheels. Temperature gauge SEARING RANGE is a perfect indicator for grilling laymen. Definitely recommending this grill!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
