Customer Reviews
I love this grill, my only complaint would be the side shelves got mold under the clear coat. We had a lot of rain this year and I guess the mold builds up under the cover
I bought this grill last summer and am happy with it. We never used a ceramic egg before so there was a bit of a learning curve. Went on-line and there is plenty of info. You can barbecue alot on this grill since there are 2 levels. Temperature was a little hard to control because the vent door on the bottom was too loose and too much air was getting in. After modifying with some heat resistant felt, it works great. We do check all the bolts and seals after each use to make sure everything stays tight. I would advise getting a 2 piece heat deflector so you can cook on or off the coals. This can become like an oven when using the deflector especially if you want to cook low and slow. The cart is nice and heavy duty with locking wheels. Make sure you have help dropping the egg in the cart because this baby is heavy. My neighbor had an engine hoist that we borrowed and it was easy peasy lol.
My grill was a gift last Father's Day. One of the Best gifts I've ever received. Loved everything about it. All the bells n whistles. Smoker, Griller, Pizza over N, Outdoor Wok. Great all around. I did recommended and my friends bought a few. Why am I upset than? My inner ceramic Cracked. I have yet found where to replace it or even if it can be replaced. I guess you get what you pay for.
So glad I purchased this grill, it cooks evenly and has changed the way we eat, particularly in the summer. We basically have an out door oven in addition to making some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our lives. I was doing some regular maintenance on my grill, getting ready to store it for the winter this past fall. When I went to replace the felt seal, part of the bottom ceramic barrel chipped off. I called customer service and they sent me an entire new bottom half. In addition, they sent me a brand new fire bowl at the same time to get a head of a cosmetic crack they saw when I sent them pictures! These things really are guaranteed for life and they stand behind it!!!
Absolute joy to fire up; the steaks and burgers have never tasted so good.
I had this for almost a year now and most everything is good but the ceramic part inside has cracked. I dont move cause i am afraid it will fall completely apart. Right now it is still working OK.
I've had a problem keeping the top lined up and closing right
Great grill big. Heats evenly. Can't wait to do a lot more cooking on it once the weather gets warmer
Not as refined as some more expensive options, but definitely a better value. You can make great BBQ for half the price of the leading competitors.
Smoke, Roast, and Grill for a fraction of the price of the competitor's ceramic grills. The rack system doubles the cooking surface. I like the fact the rack is designed to allow access to the lower rack without removing the top rack. I used mine several times a week for an entire season. After I got the top sealed correctly it was easy to control the temperature and do long low temperature cooks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
