Probes quit working in 6 months had to reorder. Then fan unit broke in less than a year. It will not power up. I have reached out multiple times for a warranty claim but no response. I would not buy

I used my iKamand for the first time over the weekend and I was extremely pleased with the control. My temp only fluctuated by 5 degrees at any point in time. I watched a few You Tube videos on others who have purchased earlier versions and followed some of the advice provided as well. One recommendation is to get your grill preheated to within 50 degrees before turning on your iKamand, this was a great tip & it worked Great. I love this product!

The unit seems to get "gummed" up where the power connects after a few cooks, my last 2 units worked for 3-4 cooks before the grill probe went off the charts, from 250 to like 800 instantly. The app is good, and loads easily, thats about the only good thing I have to say.

Will not turn back on after single use (will not power up). Also found it strange that you can not remove the ashes with it in place.

This is my first use of a product like this, and it significantly exceeded my expectations. It was straight forward to download the app, and use the app to control the cooking. The quality of the materials is very good, including the carrying case. I love being able to cook while stepping away, knowing the iKamand is in control. Also, the fan is great for quickly getting up to temperature. I plan to use this for most cases, for helping to reach the temperature. My very minor complaints - As an engineer with some background in thermal control, I'd like to see tighter control on the temperature. But that's me just being picky. Also, at this price point, it should come with 4 thermocouples.

Worked great 3 times, now does not work. I think I jinxed it, after the 3 fantastic cooks I started to brag to my friends about how great it is, next cook it proved me wrong. What do I say to them now? Hopefully Kamado Joe will help.

Hard to set up and continually wanted to update. After two months just quite working or would work internmently. Now it starts no probes, when the probes are plugged in. Only thing that works is the manual fan. DO NOT BUY!!

VERY disappointed in the iKamand. It constantly overshoots my target pit temp, and I'm not talking by just a few degrees, but rather sometimes by 50 degrees or more. This is completely unacceptable to me. Regretting this purchase big time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
