Bought the 24" Woodwind a few months ago and am completely satisfied with the food that I can prepare on it. Easy to operate and clean up after. The ash clean out is great. When I have a problem their customer service is outstanding. My only complaint is the optional front shelf-the way the brackets are made you have to have a screwdriver handy to tighten it into place then reverse the process when finished. This is a design flaw that could be corrected by offsetting the upper notch back so that it could be raised and lowered easily. When that gets corrected this will be the finest unit money can buy.

Only about a week in with the new grill. The quality is sound and so far no disappointments. Well, I knew from the reviews that the Camp Chef app suffered in the ratings. And I agree it needs an upgrade. But that's secondary to me at this stage and I believe Camp Chef will address it. Their service has been amazing. I love the grill and will test out its jerky capabilities this weekend. Happy Customer here.

Have the newest version of Pro Dlx 24 and thought front shelf would be a nice option, ordered, received in approximately one week, installed (super easy), provides nice stable rest at front of unit.

Amazing ! What a great Smoker, only one I've found with the great side burner attachment with all the accessories - I have also purchased the Pizza Oven and it works great, love the easy ash clean out and pellet hopper dump out, easy to put together have also added the front shelf and the cover is a perfect fit and looks great, wifi is great, it would be nice to have storage below but not a big deal

After receiving, assembling, and using my SmokePro 24, I was eager to add a sear box to the mix. Of course adding a sear box means the side shelf has to be removed. I really wanted to add a shelf because I'm lost without one. There is a wire front shelf version and this bolt-on solid version. I read reviews of the wire version stating that the handle of the lid was in the way of the shelf much of the time - or when the lid was closed. I opted for this version and I really like the fact that it is sturdy and folds down. My cover still fits the whole operation - SmokePro, sear box and folding shelf. I'm a happy camper.

The front shelf is perfect for using the grill. It is very easy to install and collapses really easy. A must have !!!

I feel this should have been a part of the original grill setup. Installation was straightforward and having the bolt inserts already preinstalled on the grill made a huge difference on installation.

The Shelf was easy to install and Sturdy. Great for holding the extra food while loading or unloading the Grill/Smoker.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
