If you love garbage, this is the grill for you! Takes up space, doesn't work, no smoke AND you get to clean up perfectly good pellets! Don't sleep on this deal!

Really enjoying the unit. Had one little issue with the igniter being slightly out of position so it wouldn't lite. Quick bend back into proper position and it works great. Huge amount of heat if you need it.. Seers just like it should... Loving it

This unit really adds another dimension to outdoor cooking. To date I have reverse grilled steak, corn on the cob, sausage, hamburgers and much more! What more can I say, other than I love my grill!!!!

I had 30 steaks to cook to feed all the seniors on my son's high school football team and to be able to sear them and then have room to grill them all meant all the players got to eat together. Your grill delivered 30 steaks and 96 smoked wings and a bunch of fully fed football players that won the first home game for the school since 2017.

I initially had some concerns this with the Grill top accessory would not be as hot as my sear station on my first Woodwind. I was wrong! I actually think this gets hotter than my sear station did!

Wife got this for me as a birthday gift. Took a minute to set up but it has the ability to cook with pellets as well as gas on the side, which I love. Beautiful addition to our patio but wheels are sturdy enough to load onto the back of the truck for tailgaiting or car camping with the family. The app is also pretty slick but gives me no excuse if I overcook meat!

Absolutely love this smoker! Easy to assemble, well built, outstanding customer service follow up. (Lid received with a dent, replaced immediately). Holds temperature within 10 degrees of goal consistently. WiFi connection works flawlessly, makes me look like a better chef than I am.

After a lot of research, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Woodwind WIFI 36, which came in just 3 days. I went to assemble it, and found: -2 of the heavy duty leg bolts had split heads -2 of the leg bolt holes did not line up - The hole has 1/8" tolerance and it was at least 3/8" off -Black paint peeling in multiple locations -Rust in 2 locations -Multiple dents, which looked like something heavy was dropped on it -Lid misaligned, likely due to the dents. Sorting reviews by "Newest" I am seeing that these quality issues look to be common. I think I will need to look elsewhere without ever getting to try the product. I understand handling damage happens, but misaligned screws is just poor quality.

Overall happy with product. The matchless ignition never worked. So I have to use a lighter to get a flame going. If it were not for that 5 stars. I've cooked several things on it and the heat control and spread is good.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
