I have only had my ne Camp Chef Woodwind 36" for a couple of weeks and loving it so far. Well made grill. Works as advertised. No disappointments. Sear box is the best!

I DID ALOT OF RESEARCH ON PELLET GRILLES BEFORE I PURCHASE THIS CHAMP CHEF 36 WIFI. AND IF YOU HAVE DONE YOU SEARCH I CAN PROMISE YOU IT DELIVERS! IT WILL REACH 500 DEGREES AND HOLD A SEADY TEMPITURE. THE SMOKE SETTING IS AMAZING! THE WIFI CONTROLLER WORKS AMAZING AND IT GETS THE THE SET TEMP WITHIN 15 TO 20MIN. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! THE SIDE KICK IS A MUST! IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PELLET GRILLE WITH ANY OF THE AMAZING FEATURES AS THIS ONE LOOK NO FURTHER!

Love, love, love my sear box. Got the natural gas adapter and love to finish off my steaks and pork loins with the perfect sear. Simple to use and maintain, it is the perfect addition to my smoker/grill.

I like the grill for smoking. An the sear box works great cooking small meals I have had a problem grill just turned 2 yrs old and the swivel leg rusted off. I live in Florida

The Camp Chef took a long time to put together. I will say that the quality of the BBQ is very nice and works well. It just took me hours to put together.

Researched this purchase in detail and examined about a dozen different units, purchased a woodwind WiFi 36 about a month and a half ago - assembly was easy, had sons help and went together in about half an hour. Have used it for a loin, chicken, ribs and pork butt so far, was perfect. Smoke ring and flavor far superior to my old smoker, used the high smoke feature several times. The WiFi connect works perfectly tells you 5 degrees prior to target temperature - only suggestion would be some sort of audible alarm when hitting the temp. target range and maybe a better delivery carrier (several boxes came tore up pretty well but grill was OK for most part - slight ding in body but CampChef made good on that - offered money off since unit works or a new unit, my choice. So far no complaints - ordered the thermal blanket as I plan to use as weather turns colder, will see how well that works soon enough.

the grill when attached I needed to put spacers between the smoker and the grill because if not the door would rub with the smoker. But thats the only thing bad, the grill has the a infrared screen which allows the grease to drip on the screen and have a quick flame this gives the food a great tast. And for me I always burn things around the edges this stops that and gives a perfect cook. My hamburgers turn out great. Now I have the smoker and a grill, and searing its perfect. great buy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
