Best grill I've ever owned. First pellet grill I've Owned will never go back to propane. Also bought the pizza oven attachment awesome.

Fits good on pellet grill but haven't had a chance to use it yet

It's a great smoker and the sear box really gives everything you need to do any outdoor cooking. I smoked some fat pork chops and finished them in the sear box and they were perfect. I look forward to doing a lot of cooking on it.

Awesome product. Highly recommend. I have had a few cooks on this, from steaks to ribs to brisket and really love the versatility of it.

The features on this cooker are 2nd to none. I've performed extensive research prior to making this purchase. The pellet fire pot cleanout and heat diffuser pull rods are pure genius. The smoke setting again pure genius. Once I wrap the protein I dial back the smoke to (1) saving pallet usage. The full color display is cutting edge (no 1990's block LED numbers here) and new features "night-mode" offsetting the display with dark colors. 4 independant meat probes and being able to title them and set individual cook done alarms is again genius and well thought out. (via the app). Now lets talk about the sidekick!!! This modular system is again pure genius. (see the theme here LOL) The deluxe grill box is perfect for (4) steaks or burgers and will reach 550 degrees in ~5 min. The included cast iron griddle will be your smash burgers new best friend. My pizza oven is arriving soon. The jerky racks are a must for jerky and adds tons of usable space that i use for chicken parts as well. (the pastrami jerky turned out amazing.) Once your friends see the cookers features, app integration and add-ons they'll be green with envy. My only mod so far... Drilled out the "meat probe" access hole to allow the "plug end" to pass through the hole when wrapping the protein/probe in foil on the prep table. So happy with my purchase and Thank You to the entire Camp Chef Team for designing the best dual purpose cooker on the market.

Greatest grill, love to cook the kids burgers and they love it when I do. Photo is a pork loin, 225 high smoke for 20 min, seared that baby off. 145 internal .

So far so good have had for about a month done about 6-7 cooks everything has came out great! App has been working well even tho I've heard people have had problems so far I haven't meat probes are pretty dead on sometimes within 2-3 degrees off either way for the sear box attachment and haven't used that to it's potential yet but nice lil add on I probably should've went with the flat iron but that's just preference anyways great grill pricey but I recommend!

I smoked a ribeye for 30 minutes and finished it to a perfect sear with the sear attachment. It had to be one best steak I've ever cooked.

I was in the market for my first pellet smoker, and researched many different brands before deciding on the Camp Chef. What sold me on this one was the great reviews, the ash dump setup, and the sidekick. There were initially a couple of issues with shipping department, but customer service has been absoluletly first rate! Assembling the unit wasn't too difficult. The hardest part putting the small metal shield over the temp probe wire. I found that holding it in place with a small magnetic pickup and using a magnetic screwdriver made quick work of that. There were some small dents on the front of the unit that appear to be made from the inside of the grill. When I finished the grill, the top racks would not fit in. I found that the top of the unit was toed in a little bit. This was fixed by reversing a long wood clamp, and, using it as a spreader, tweaking the opening a little bit. There were no signs of damage to the shipping box, so I must assume that the grill left the factory this way. After a confusing initial setup, I've had no problems with the wifi. It will occasionally lose connection, but my internet service is less than reliable. About the only features I use is remotely checking the temp. I usually make adjustments at the grill. The way it cooks is amazing! I used to smoke with a kettle grill and an offset barrel smoker using cherry or hickory as the primary fuel. Most of the food was cooked way too fast and with too heavy a smoke. With this grill the food is much more tender, juicy and delicately flavored. I don't think you could mess up a cook without trying. The SideKick is a game changer. It's a great little flat top. Makes fantastic fried potatoos and onions!
