The sear box should have three burners instead two there is a cold spot in the center it's only hot on the left and right sides.

This product has taken the grill game up a whole notch. So easy to use, and get incredible results. The wifi features are nice when you want to smoke a brisket over night, or run out to the grocery store in the middle of a cook and still be able to make temp adjustments from the comfort of wherever you are. Chicken wings come out insanely good on this grill with little effort.

I received my grill about two as a 10 year wedding anniversary present. It took two attempts and a call to support but between my buddy and my father-in-law, we got it all sorted out and assembled. For the initial burn, I highly recommend wide open space as it smoked a lot for about 30 minutes. Yesterday, I used it to do a 6.25 hour smoke on St Louis style ribs. I semi followed the recipe that came with the grill. Did a few things out of order but they super tender and juicy. In fact, they were the best ribs I have had in a really long time. The first picture is after a 3-hour dry smoke and the second is after 3.25 hours wrapped in foil and with two bastings of sauce during that cook.

The griddle is very heavy gauge, the burner really can put out some heat. And it fits the grill very well. Also bought the pizza oven that goes with it and it works great

The best thing to add to my smoker,I know these two families don't belong but sometimes you have to think out of the box.

My Camp Chef Woodwind 36 has been great. Some quirks such as the ash clean out freezing shut and a couple of flameouts but overall a very good grill. For a person that has always been a stick burner the grill is great!

This little add on makes the grill complete for finishing off the meat. Also works great for a quick burger.

Well made. I wanted a bigger grill for smoking full racks of ribs and more of them. but the heat is concentrated at the left side of the grill. so expect to rotate your meat a lot. I have bought the heat blanket and hope this will help a bit. when going from the 24 to the 36 the heat source needed to be moved to the middle. Overall not a bad product. Not happy with the junk WIFI app. find myself reloading it on my phone. After reading deeper into the reviews, apparently corporate thinks this is an ok fix. Hire someone to FIX it for ALL phones.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
