Just completed putting my grill together.The bottom grates don't fit they are about 3 inches too short. The stainless steel grates fit perfectly on the top rack did you send me the wrong size grate?

Bought this for myself as an early Christmas present. So easy to assemble, use, and clean. The meat probes are crazy accurate when compared to my Termapen. Sear box is fantastic! First smoke (pork shoulder) came out perfect! Can't wait to smoke everything on this thing!

Low and slow gets it done best! Woodwind Smoker consistently holds temp +/-5 degrees. Able to start 7-8 whole briskets at midnight then wrap them in foil and add pellets at 8:00 AM to finish the cook at noon. Beef, pork, chicken, fish, turkey, lamb have all been excellent, moist and tender with a nice smokey flavor. Don't even need BBQ sauce.

This grill took my smoking to a whole new level. I have owned it for 3 months now and have smoked several different meats will very good results. Using propane and charcoal smokers in the past this pellet grill takes a learning curve. Features like PID and ash clean out cup put it above others. Also a big plus for me is that it is made in the USA. The other big named pellet grill I was looking at for a while is now made in China. I have ordered other Camp Chef accessories and they have been good quality.

Received my grill and the outside box was a little beat up. However after unpacking and checking g everything, all the components and parts were in great shape. No damage and unpacking was very easy.

We purchased this unit about 6 months ago. It has not stopped smoking since. My husband has smoked everything he can get his hands on. He has it on at least 6 hours a day and all day on the weekends. He is driving the neighbors crazy with good smells and some of them have asked his to cook for them. Naturally he is more than happy to. Keep smoken' on!

The 36" woodwind is amazing. The iPhone app works great. It tells you 5 degrees before your target temperature. The app will also alert you if the grill runs out of pellets or has any other issue where the temperature starts to drop. The temperature sensors (4 of them) are spot on compared to the Thermapen I use to verify meat temperature. The smoke is great. I received the grill on a Tuesday, built it on Friday and smoked my first brisket on Saturday for 10.5 hours. The brisket was perfect and juicy and tender and perfect. I'm glad I researched and found this grill instead of going with an offset smoker. I prefer the start it and let it cook method to smoking. I did use a UPS (battery backup) just in case we had a power outage. I've seen YouTube videos that tell you a pellet grill will reset to off if the power fails. So far no power failures and a small UPS works fine. The Sidekick accessory is a must have along with the Artesan Pizza Oven. The pizza oven gets to 600 degrees F in no time and cooks absolutely wonderful pizza. I never realized that homemade crust was so much better than any other pizza crust. It takes just 5 minutes to make and an hour to rise. Using exactly the sauce, toppings, cheese and crust that I like is unbeatable. A pizza cooks in just 10 minutes at between 475 and 600 degrees. The Sidekick comes with a griddle that is very heavy and of great quality. I've cooked philly cheesesteaks once and omelets twice. I learned to get that griddle level when cooking or the egg will run the wrong direction - into the grease catcher. Oh, I also cooked a bunch of bacon and that came out awesome too. You can't go wrong with this grill. I'm cooking my first boston butt this weekend for pulled pork. Happy cooking!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
