Assembly was easy and straightforward. I did the burn in and then proceeded to make the best ribs I have tasted, smoky, juicy and fall off the bone tender. I then smoked salmon, pork butts and this past weekend made the best brisket I have ever turned out it was 18lbs and man was it good. The grill functions great and keeps the temp pretty well. I love the multiple probes and having all that room with the upper racks to cook for a large gathering. Clean up is not bad I pull the racks then the diffuser plate vacuum any dust in the grill , clean the racks then I am ready for the next cook. If you are on the fence about getting this grill do yourself a favor and buy it you will not be disappointed

Had this grill for about a month and I'm extremely impressed with the easy of use of this grill. I used to use a offset grill but bought this so that I could actually bbq more without spending all day cutting wood. Best thing I've bought myself in awhile. Only complaint is the WiFi needs to be reset every time I restart but I'll definitely take that over all the labor I used to do.

So far so good. I have had other pellet grill brands in the construction of this one doesn't seem quite as solid as my other one but the PID controller on this with the app is amazing!

Overall the woodwind 36 has been awesome, it has cooked perfectly everytime. My only complaint is that my pellet hopper was missing some powder coat on the inside.

Love love love this grill! I researched every pellet grill on the market and this was the only one that checked all the boxes and has options for a propane attachment. It really opened up my cooking potential from a standard propane grill. I feel I need to also give a huge shout out to the Campchef team for exceeding my expectations on delivery as well. 5 stars is not enough.

I haven't even owned my grill a year and it's broke down twice. First time was the heat rod and now I go to use it and it's my temperature probe ...I do have a warranty...again it's waiting on parts to get shipped. Recommend owning a back up smoker

I've been a ceramic smoker fan for seven years. I never thought I'd convert to a pellet grill but I became increasingly frustrated with the difficulty of maintaining or changing temperatures in my ceramic grill. And if you happen to run out of wood on a long cook, you might as well throw it into the oven at that point because it's a pain to pull everything off the grill to add wood. Consequently, I used the grill less and less. The Woodwind WIFI 36 changed my attitude about pellet grills entirely. The set it and forget it ease of use is amazing. The amount of smoke produced was beyond expectation. The Sidekick makes the grill incredibly versatile. So far I've cooked three tri-tips, 6 racks of ribs (all at the same time), and a brisket. The results were as good and much better in some cases over my ceramic grill. I have nothing negative to report about this grill. I'm so happy with my purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
