I have had mine for two years and I have been very happy with this grill. I installed it in an outdoor kitchen on the Texas Gulf Coast. It still lights easily and I have not had any problems with corrosion. I would also recommend buying the cover, which secures easily and does not blow off in high wind.

The grill is part of my outdoor kitchen. Took me a while to provide feedback as I have to wait for contractor to install the outdoor kitchen. Love the grill, great looking and great performance. Excellent service from BBQ team, they helped me with the selections and quick delivery. The most important is the price. The other appliances are Blaze High Power burner, Blaze refrigerator, Blaze single door, Blaze combo, I also have a 23X18 stainless sink. All appliances came in with no issues.

Had mine 4 years and never a problem other than the infrared burner sometimes takes a few times to light. Very durable and 1/3 the price of my neighbors.

I bought this grill several months ago. Arrived as expected, no shipping issues. Bought it to replace another BBQ I had for several years and needed it to fit in the same cut out size which it did. It is installed outdoors exposed to the weather in my BBQ island. I was immediately impressed with how well it looked and how solid and well built it is. I like the stainless burners, the temp dividers and how reliably the burners start. First few times of use, it does not heat up too quickly, may be due to the rather large gap between the hood and the back of the box. As for cooking, seems like most of the cooking is caused by the searing from the grill bars and not so much from radiant heat, possibly due to heat escaping out the back of the hood. Also, design is such that the drip tray is great at catching rain in between uses. If you don't clean out the tray after each use, the rain gets in, fills the drip tray and causes any dripped grease to spill out onto whatever is underneath. If yours will be covered or under a roof then you won't have this problem. The last month or so I have noticed the black rubber rings on the gas knobs are deteriorating leaving nice black marks on my hands when starting the grill. Again, if yours will be out of the weather you may not have this problem. Last time I used the grill, as I turned it off, the gas knobs had become extremely hot, not sure why, maybe the way the wind was blowing. OK, so sounds like I am dumping on this grill. It is a better grill than my last (with some issues) but it also cost more than my last. I am fully expecting it to out last my previous grill too, for that matter I would recommend it, especially if yours will be under cover. I will just make a concerted effort to clean my drip tray after each use and store it upside down. May try Armor-All on the the black rubber rings on the gas knobs or take them off if that doesn't help. And maybe try to add a 2" strip of stainless to reduce the gap by the hood in back.

I have been using this grill for about a month. In general it works very well. The cooking grates seem to be stainless but must have a high amount of carbon steel. The started rusting after the first use. The grates no longer even look like stainless they look more like rusted carbon steel. I keep them oiled which helps but I don't see them lasting long. They should be made of a higher quality stainless.

I had to do a hurry-up research because a used-$5,000 BBQ fell through. I was ready to spend $2500 and somehow stumbled upon the Blaze models. I couldn't believe I got the grill, the insulation jacket, the cover AND a searing burner for $1700. Bottom line is VALUE. This is not a "cheap" grill, the components are very simple and very sturdy. Since mine goes in a wood enclosure it's adding anywhere from $400 to $850 to the price and significantly narrows the options. Blaze was the clear winner. If you want fancy features, lights, electronic ignition, computer control, digital "stuff" - then don't buy this grill. If you want a SOLID-HIGH-QUALITY unit that will last for years then this is the one! Less components = less to fail and ultimately I want to eat perfectly grilled food and this does it. I love the temperature-separators. I can turn the left 1/4 on high , take out the separators on the right 3/4 and do indirect heating for a large amount of food. I can cook slow and low and then flip 'em to the high-heat super-easy. Or, maybe I want 2 high-heat zones... easy - it's amazing the temp difference I can get between the zones if I want to. I am super-happy and I will say that I had trouble with the searing burner that I'm still working out with the manufacturer but both BBQ Guys and Blaze have been very responsive - neither company is one to leave you in the dark. GREAT support from both BBQGuys and Blaze.

After researching all of the options for a 32" built-in grill, we decided to go with the Blaze 32" 4 burner grill. After having it for nearly 9 months, we love it more and more with each use. The even heat distribution is great. We just added in the infrared sear burner and absolutely love it. I'm not an executive chef, but this grill makes everything cook better. Even in the dead of winter in Chicago, this grill performed flawlessly whey we needed to grill up some carne assada for a party.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
