Only negative is the front doors want to pop open on their own. It needs a top or bottom door latch system to prevent this issue. The thermometer of the grill has three readings or warm, medium, and hot. There is not temperature readout.

I am building an outdoor kitchen and replacing a Thermador grill with this purchase. I did a lot of homework prior to buying. I was nervous about not being able to actually see the grill except online, but took the BBQGUYS videos and ratings as the gospel. I am not disappointed. This is an outstanding quality grill and easy to use. First meal cooked was a ribeye. Plenty of heat for searing and a little flame for charring. Great product.

I ordered the Blaze 32 inch on cart grill just on Sunday 9/15/2013. It arrived on Friday 9/20/13. I assembled the cart and found that there were 3 stainless steel parts from the cart that were damaged. I contacted the number on the order and talked to a representative that same day. They told me to photo the damage and Email them to an address they specified. I sent the Email and the photos. They contacted me on Monday but we did not finally connect to each other until Tuesday. They asked me how I would like to proceed, that is do I want a whole new cart or just the bent parts. I said only the new replacements for the bent parts. The replacement parts arrived today Saturday 9/28/13. This was 8 days from the date I received the grill. WOW, this is great customer service. I like the grill it pretty much works as it was rated. It does not flare badly and the heat is far more even then the cheeper grill I had before. It does not have super high heat but it is surely high enough to grill what ever you want. To much heat is a curse to good grilling. It is truly high grade stainless steel. The cover that can be bought as an extra is very good quality also.At this time I am a totally satisfied customer.

We took delivery on this unit 9/12/13, assembled it and have used it 6 times. It is well built of 304 SS and has nice styling. The BTU's aren't as high as I'd like and there are some hot spots which causes uneven cooking. Not sure if it's a design issue or a burner malfunction, TBD7.

I was doing a lot of research and I knew I wanted a grill that would last a long time. The warranty is really good, but I hadn\'t heard of the brand before. So, I called in and spoke to a customer service person, and then I was certain I was getting a great grill. They answered every question I had about the grill, and then some. When I got it in, I couldn\'t wait to start cooking on it. I got my grill with the optional rotisserie kit and that was the first thing I used for chicken. It was so good! The next time, I wanted to test out the heat zone separators, so I did brisket on one side and grilled chicken and veggies on the other. I really must say I got a great grill and couldn\'t be happier about my purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
