Received this Blaze 32" 4-burner for father's day May of 2013 -used it very little the first year due to being in Afghanistan - ever since, I use almost every weekend to every other in spring, summer and fall and on occasion in the winter. Considering the amount of money I was about to spend, I really researched the market. Construction is really nice - love the solid grates - gets nice and hot. Delivery was fast and assembly was easy. There is NO comparison to store bought grills at home depot and lowes or others. I have cooked everything from steaks, burgers, slow cooked ribs, lamb, fish, vegies..etc.- and the smoker box is nice. You have to keep it clean or it will lessen the heat level. Not hard to clean - once or twice per season based on what you cook. There has been a few issues - the rear infrared burner flames are way too high and warped the warmer rack - I probably should have removed it, but even on low it is way to high - no way to adjust the pressure on this like on the other 4. ShoppersChoice customer service and Blaze were fantastic working with me sending parts - but in the end problem wasn't resolved. I don't use it much so really gave up. I noticed one of the cart doors (inside panel piece) came apart this season at the two factory weld spots and the Crossfire panels are starting to degregate due to the high heat. You have to keep an eye on the burners - they will eventually get surface rust and you will need to clean out the burner holes periodically. Again, ShoppersChoice reps have been great working with me on this issue and I am pending reply from Blaze. In the end, what a great grill - small maintenance and up keep is to be expected.

Just finished my second season with this grill and it still looks and works great! I love this grill and use it year round and would put this grill up against grills that are twice the price and more.

This is one well made grill the burner separators allow for steaks over one burner and veggies over another . Set up and installation couldn't be easier. The stainless steel cleans up beautiful and I suspect it will last a long time. I have not tried the smoker box or the rotisserie yet. I think that i will order the infrared burner. Its simplicity makes it so nice.

I researched several BBQ grills before purchasing this one. The package came quickly and was very well packed. I also ordered the infrared burner, which was fairly easy to install. The video on the website helped a bit to make sure I was installing it correctly. I was able to put it together very quickly. I left the natural gas hookup to my landscaping company, as they were working onsite already. The grill heats up quickly and has done well when I grilled steaks and hamburgers. My family also thought that our pork chops turned out better on the grill, versus in the broiler. I would highly recommend this grill to others.

I love this grill! Although I have only used it once so far, it is all I expected and more, Will take some adjusting over my old tank-style grill. Great looking, easy lighting, very adjustable settings, a lot of options for heat flow and easy clean-up

I had my new 32" blaze natural gas grill installed and operating about 2 months ago. I also bought the sear burner, rotiserie, and smoke box. This grill is perfect for our uses (normally cooking for 3-5 people and an occasional party of around 25) The quality is great the ease of installation and operation is great. I guess the only thing I could even mention is that it seems to be hotter in the rear of the grill as opposed to the front. However, this should not be a concern for a person looking to buy a grill. I would definitely buy this grill again. Especially if you concider the cost. As for the sear burner. We have seared some peppercorn crusted fresh gulf tuna to perfection. The sear is awesome and a must for our style of cooking. We have used the rotisserie a couple of times since installing the outdoor kitchen. This too is a must have for us. I call it my crockpot of the outdoor kitchen. I brined a couple of chickens, put them on the rotisserie, put them on low heat at noon and by 3-4pm some of the best chicken you will ever eat. We have not used the smoke box yet but I bet it is pretty awesome as well. So the recap. I love this grill and accessories I would highly recommend it to anyone. As for the 4 stars that could easily be 5 but I am holding that last star until they send a chef to my house to cook for me (just kidding I dont give perfect scores). I would also recommend shoppers choice, and for those who are in driving distance to a store it is an awesome place. I bought all of my equipment at the Baton Rouge store and it was a great experience. It is on my wifes top 5 places I am not allowed to go on my own. I usually end up buying way too many things when I go there.

The searing insert is worth it; cooks delicious food that rivals fine resturants. Good build quality. The lighters work and the heat, while it cooks a bit hot, is pretty even. My only complaint is the thermometer on the lid only shows color zones rather than degrees, which I find a minor flaw as i am used to more precision. But, an improvement over my last natural gas grill.

I am extremely pleased with this BBQ. It gives off a lot of heat. It is very well made and a pleasure to use. I never heard of this brand but Shoppers Choice recommended it and it has been great.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
