I've had the Prestige for about 2 months and it's absolutely the best GRILL I've ever owned. The side "SIZZLE ZONE" is great for searing steaks. Stainless steel grates are easy to clean. High quality product well worth the investment. Unheard of 15 year warranty!

We bought the Prestige 500 gas bbq in 2013 & just recently needed to replace the cast iron grills & manifold. Napoleon stood by their 10 yr. warranty & replaced all of these parts. This is only the 2nd bbq (1st one was Napoleon - propane) that we have purchased since we have been married - 29 yrs. ago. We would never purchase any other bbq brand other than Napoleon. We absolutely love them.

Just bought this yesterday from Ace in Orlando, FL. The box is very heavy. You will need help moving it around. It was packed very well. When opening the box be a little careful some of the boxes will fall out. Nothing that could break, you don't want it to fall on your foot. I would say set aside 1-2 hours for building. The instructions that come with it are pictures and 95% are very easy to figure out. There was a few of the steps that I had to put my brain to work, but was able to figure it out. I was having issues with the folding side table, so I just secured it with provided screws. I did the burn off last night and can't wait to cook on this beast.

I have a PP665 and a ceramic grill that sit next to each other. The Napoleon cover looks like new, the other brand is 6 month old and looks 15 years old from fading and the fabric unravelling

This was purchased when I bought my Napoleon Grill. It fits perfect! Given the frequent rain here in Florida, the vented sides will allow the cover to not trap moisture. The material is heavy duty and will stand the test of time. So happy that I made this purchase!

I've had mine for less than 6 months. Elastic is completely stretched out. Anytime there is little breeze I have to go find this grill cover in my yard

This was a cover for my Triumph 410 grill T410SBPK-OB which is a great grill for a smaller space and would have reviewed it if it were on option here. Anyway, cover does wonders when used properly, which I can't say was the case for the person who took it over.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
