Great value & product

Really happy with this cover, it's made very well and feels heavy duty. I also like that it clips on the bottom to prevent it from blowing off in our Florida summer storms

Cover is unexpectedly poor quality

After 9 months the cover material is degraded. My Napoleon grill cover is a year older and looks brand new. These 2 grills sit side by side on my deck so, they're exposed to the same elements.

Perfect fit

I have the Classic Joe III. It shipped right away and fits like a glove. I haven't had a winter with it yet so hard to say if it will hold up to the conditions, but just from the feel it looks like it will do the job. I wish it covered the wheels but other than that it fits great. Easy to take off and put on.

Love the new cover!

I have had the new cover for about a month and love it. The new quick relase straps are the best. No more fooling with drawstrings! Cover is heavy duty and does a great job of protecting my Joe.

My first K Joe cover lasted 8 years.

Big fan of my grill. My old cover lasted almost 8 years before losing its "luster and wore out".

Excellent upgrade!

Our old cover finally started to wear out and tear. The new cover 'fits' better: don't have to pull hard to get it over the grill and now can cinch it down. The extra space at the top is a nice touch and avoids any extra pressure on the material!

Cover can't last more then 2 months

After 2-3 months this cover is falling apart!!! Completely faded not black. But more importantly the red pin stripe surrounding is has delaminated. For the money this should be higher quality. Very disappointed to have an amazing high end grill with a low quality cover that looks horrible

This grill is fantastic.

Let me start with the quality. It is excellent. From top to bottom. I owned a Vision Grills Maxis (24") prior to this and it was poorly designed, poorly built, and leaked air like a sieve. The Kamado Joe Big Joe 2 is radically better. The design is better. Parts fit together tightly and are assembled properly. As a result, temperature control is easy, predictable, and reliable. And given the fact that food can be cooked much closer to or much further from the coals. This is also unique to Kamado Joe, it seems. I suspect this product will serve me well for many years. If I had one small complaint, it would be about the assembly of the fire bowl. It can be a bit challenging and can result in chipping of pieces as you put it all together, and a simple tool like a styrofoam form would make it much easier. But this is a very, very minor thing. I'm extremely happy with this product.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

• Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
