These last weeks, not years. Don't buy them. I found some silicone bands on a large online shopping site that are meant as money bands: "Set of 8 Wallet Band Money Bands Silicone Bands for Money Cash Cards Elastic Money Holder, Wallet, Money Clip Alternative, with 4 PVC Cards for Men Women" that are " 0.75 inches/ 1.9 cm wide, 3.35 inches/ 8.5 cm long, and 0.1 inch/ 2.5 mm thick" and fit pretty well, were cheap, and have lasted way longer than the original Blaze ones. They are not ribbed, but they are much better than having no rubber bands.

Was so excited to showcase this grill in my newly completed outdoor kitchen. By cook 4 the rubber grips on the knobs have cracked or broken. For the price this is unacceptable. Not to mention all of the poor reviews. BBQGUYS you can do better on this product. I've never had this issue on box store grills and have loved all of the other products I purchased for you. Don't know what to do now as the replacements will be the same. It's a shame.

My rubber or whatever they are made of knob grips deteriorated and fell off after a week. It makes me wonder if the entire grill is a piece of trash.

as others experienced: the rubber got crusty and broke even before installation after sitting in the box in my patio for 2 months. Very bad

I don't have much more to add to what's already been said about these rubber grips other than to say, "I agree." They are laughably cheap. Mine cracked and fell off within weeks of installing the grill. How in the world can a company make such a lousy part to a fairly decent grill? I don't get it.

Had my BBQ for only 2 months and they cracked and fell off. Ordered replacements 5 months ago and still has not shipped. Amazing to me that suce a great BBQ has such crappy knobs. Do better Blaze!

The rubber used on the knobs is extremely thin and falls apart within a couple of months. Love the Blaze grill hate this part of it. If you have another choice take it (I could not find another / better replacement part).

Our grill is under cover and out of the sun. All 5 rubber grips broke in 3 months.

These rubber grips become brittle and break apart every few months. I have gone through 12 of them since November 2021 and just had to order another five more! Awful quality with no alternative. Blaze missed the mark!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
