Customer Reviews
I have one and I'm getting another for my camp love this bbq.
My Wife and I shopped around and decided that this was the BBQ that we wanted, we then shopped for the best deal, very happy with the product overall, It came with the stainless steel grates , I thought because of the weight of the grates and getting them out to clean, the tool that can be bought separately should have come with the BBQ
2 years of ownership - problems to date: Burner heating unevenly, paint chipping in two spots of the lid, rust on nuts throughout, rotisserie bracket, valve extension component, wheel axle. This product is made with poor quality components.

After nearly four years, I'm still really pleased with this. It's gets used nearly every day. I've cooked everything from a fried breakfast (I've a griddle plate for the eggs) through to roasting a whole goose - and everything in between (sausages, burgers, chicken pieces, steaks and beef/lamb/pork joints). Four years later I'm 'might' need to replaces the burners and/or flame grills - And all of that is still available. I know I'm going to get a lot more use and many more years out of it.

Loving my new BBQ!....I always buy Broil King; this one is the Best ever. The steel grates and evenly distributed heat with the 3 burners make it the "Cadillac of the BBQ world"
bought what was thought a good quality bbq over the period of 2 years the cast casing continue to warp until the grills would not sit on the casing and could only rest on the burners. A replacement cast base was sent but had to dismantle bbq to do this. screws broke and gas line on trying to do this as everything is seized. Replacements were then sent now all i have is a dismantled bbq with replacement bits. A used bbq is difficult to work with as after two years all fixings are almost impossible to take apart without breaking or bending.
This BBQ heats up so much more than our old one...
I wouldn't call this a great BBQ but has been pretty good for the 6 years I have owned it so far. Few issues I have experienced so far is heat problems.....too much heat. Using the back burner on lowest setting still produces far too much heat - inside gets up to and over 500F. I usually have to prop the lid open when doing rotisserie to let out some of the heat. Makes it really difficult to slow cook on the rotisserie. Also having all three burners on the lowest setting will get the temp up around 500-550 as well. Usually have to have one or two turned off just to get a nice cooking heat which means one side or another is getting any direct heat. Had to replace burners after 5 years as they had cooked through. Door broke after 5 years as well however that was cheap $20 fix (they provide all kinds of parts to easily fix). Middle burner always burns far hotter most likely due to the propane hitting there first before spreading to the other burners. That said it has been pretty durable in the cold Canadian winters and hot summers - Should last me at least another 5 years with only normal wear tear items needing replacement.
Bought this bbq 2 months ago and absolutely love it. Perfect heat distribution and the st. st. grills are very easy to clean. Cooks steaks to perfection. The unit as a whole is built very solid. The only complaint is the very, very cheat grease pan. Tin foil pan. REALLY????
I bought this BBQ almost two months ago. I have grilled steak, hamburgers, pork chops, chicken wings following the instructions in the cook book supplied and I am extremely happy with it. I have also done beer can chicken and have used the rotisserie for a beef roast, with great results.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
