Absolutely love this grill. Heats up quick and with the cast iron grates I get a great sear on everything I cook. I use this grill more then my full size pit boss grill. Can't wait to get a full size napoleon to step my game up even more.

Portable and easy to use- this bbq is amazing! It doesn't take up much space and it has a fairly decent surface area for grilling! We were able to easily feed 8 people with it. I highly recommend this amazing grill.

After Hurricane Ian took out our power for a week, this little thing took care of breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tea in between. Especially paired with the cast iron griddle! Hasnt had the slightest hiccup.

It doesn't look as flashy as some other grills i've had in the past, but it is the best grill. it gets hot really fast and has two burners which a lot of other smaller grills don't. i used it a few times and was dreading cleaning it, but i was surprised how easy it cleaned. i wiped the inside and it came right off like a nonstick pan. I was very impressed.

Great smaller grill. Everything I've cooked so far has turned out perfect. The compact size is very convenient and I look forward to taking it to the island with me this spring.

This grill is great for small spaces like my tiny deck, with high quality cast iron grill plates and great heat control. I had hoped it would also travel well for tailgating and camping. However, the cap that is meant to hold the wheel on has never been a tight fit, so the axel slips inside its housing and the wheel falls off when we try move the grill around. We now have the grill up on blocks, so its no longer portable, which is disappointing.

I was looking for a grill with moderate dimensions, atleast two burners and excellent quality. Napoleons TravelQ Pro285X filled all these needs perfectly. I was able to place this grill on my balcony and still find space for dining furniture and other equipment. Two burners on the grill enable cooking with indirect heat which makes even smoking possible. Still I wouldn't call this a real smoker but equipped with smoker tube (67011) you can add nice flavor to even bigger cuts of meat. Napoleon TravelQ Pro285X is definitely not the most powerfull, but it is still very capable of bringing and keeping the temperatures at really high level. The cooking surface is large when taken account the grills moderate size. I have been able to fit over a 1,5kg tri tip on the grill and it took less than half of the grilling surface. That allowed me to slowly raise the temperature of the meat with indirect heat using only one burner. After two months experience with Napoleon TravelQ Pro285X I can warmly recommend it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
