This product is not the quality I consider Cuisinart. It is made from thin flexible metal. The product was damaged when received with major dent and bends. The door is crooked. With that said it still works pretty well after I had to bang out the dents and bends myself since Cuisinart (or the manufacturer that actually made this) will not cover these items. Getting the temperature high above 200 degrees in the smoker is tricky. I did best when I turned the smoker on without the water/wood tray and lets the body warm up first then put the water and wood chip tray inside. Then you should be pretty good. I do not think this is Cuisinart quality. I'm still a Cuisinart fan since I know that Cuisinart didn't actually make this product but partnered with the manufacturer that did. I would not get it but if you do it'll get the job done but not at the quality experience you would expect from Cuisinart.

Great instructions, easy to follow, had it all put together while watching football on TV. One thing I am not thrilled about is the closed position of the door handles. I would prefer the down position to be closed, instead of horizontal.

I was given this smoker for Christmas by my parents and I absolutely love it! It cooks pretty even and the temperature adjusts easily. The ham and chicken breasts I cooked on it turned out amazing

Arrived today, took about an hour to assembly seems very well but together, even came with an extra water pan, i can't wait to use it this weekend I will comment after I use it!!

Have only used it once so far but expect to use it and like it a lot. The posk butt we did yesterday was excellent. Assembly takes a while but everything fits together and is sturdy. I'd recommend to Cuisinart that you add a dashed line around the bottom of the box, suggesting that you open it by cutting around the bottom. The smoker is heavy -- lifting the box off is easier than lifting the smoker out of the top.

This was a awful grill.The door was off center and had a big gap to let the heat out.It had rust on it.We never used it came out of the box like that.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
