I purchased a few weeks ago and used it for the first time last night. The food came out delicious but it did not include any of the bundle stuff. I like to use wooden charcoal and would caution using lighter fluid though. So I use one piece of wood and match light .

This product was ordered a few months ago. I am here in Ohio and the weather was not conducive for outside grilling. We have a gas grill but wanted to switch from time to time to charcoal. This grill is small compact and works well. We are able to take it to a park for picnic grilling if we want. We are happy that we choose cuisinart as we have quite a few of their products. Well made and easy to use.

This product is horrible comes with to many pieces and its hard to put together. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Horrible piece of equipment

I received this grill 2 weeks ago as a sample to provide a product review. This grill is very convenient and portable (tailgating, picnics, camping, small patios, etc...). The grill comes unassembled with more pieces than expected but overall it was not difficult to assemble.

This is an awesome little grill that is perfect for 1-2 people that just need to grill here and there and don't want a full-size grill consuming their patio or other area. This grill was super small and easy to use and put away. ===== ASSEMBLY This grill came packaged in a little box with everything that you need to put it together. I was actually able to put it together without a screw driver, but went back after initial assembly to tighten everything up. The instructions were simple and there were very few parts. Assembly only took approximately 10 minutes. ===== USE The grill is large enough to fit 2 - 12 oz ribeyes, or a few skewers of your favorite meats and vegetables. Like any charcoal grill, it's easy to use just a few briquettes to cook your meats, etc. Meats cook pretty fast because the plate is pretty close to the fire. This is great for those that don't have a lot of food to grill and don't want to waste money on charcoal for an entire family for 1 steak. The grill started easily and quickly. The ashes fell through to the ashtray which works fine assuming there is no wind. ===== CONTRSUCTION The grill is made of a light metal as with typical grills. I love that it has a 3 clip system for strapping the top to the base which makes it easy to move around when you want to carry and secures the top while you are cooking. The handle is made of a hard plastic and the vents for both the top and bottom are made of metal. As with any grill, you will want to be careful not to drop or knock it over because I'm almost certain it will dent and definitely get scratched.

This grill is perfect our family to make quick and healthy meals during the week. My husband and I don't always agree on meals, but BBQ is always a winner in our home. This little grill makes it easy for me to grill veggies, chicken, ribs and more! Best of all -- no stove to clean up! We just use "instant light mesquite charcoal" and dinner is ready in minutes. No complicated dials and buttons, just simple Texas grilling!

I don't do much grilling and wanted a grill to tailgate. I chose this grill because of the pop of red color, as it seems to me, most portable, charcoal grills are pretty much the same. The description read easy set up, however i thought it was a bit challenging as I was assembling by myself and could have used an extra person. I was also a little confused with the extra screws and nuts that were provided as the directions didn't mention anything about them. The grill also had a few scratches on it out of the packaging. I thought this grill worked efficiently and seemed to clean up easily. It is very light weight for easy transport. I am excited to use it more often.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
