Awesome cooler! I use it for camping in Florida, it's held ice for a solid week! The 105 has a smaller footprint also, which is very nice and makes it possible for a single person to carry.
Got this back in February and could not wait for winter to end to get this in the drift boat. Did a 3 day float trip, our drinks and food could not have been colder without being frozen. I bought 10lbs of dry ice 36hrs before leaving. Once it had sublimated, I loaded my drinks with 25lbs of ice. I returned from the trip with about 15lbs still intact. That includes having 2 boys who stand with the cooler open wondering what to eat or drink. My only criticism..... the feet that hold it in place are too tacky. It is difficult to slide around but I guess that is the point and I can buy feet that are slick. Might be a good idea to have them. We spend a lot of time in the drift boat and the canoe and the Yeti will continue to be present in either.
I can always count on the 105 wherever I'm at.....
The cooler works great. Must keep lid closed. If you open to often, it won't keep ice that well.
I have been very impresses with this cooler and its features. The tie down system it extremely easy and rugged. I have let this thing bake in the sun on weekend trips and have always had ice leftover. Not light on the pocket book but may be the only cooler you will ever need!
This 105 was given to me as a Christmas gift and I have only used it once since I got it. I plan on putting it in a new boat I am purchasing later this year. I BBQed for my family for Mother's Day and iced all of the food down in the ice chest two days ahead of time. I cooled the chest as instructions said and put 20# of ice in the bottom of the chest. I had 10# of chicken breast, 10# of ribs, 30 hamburgers, 32 hot dogs, 8# sausage, and 2 whole stuffed pork loins in the ice chest for two days leaving the plug loose so not to build up water from the ice melting. I think I probably had 18# of ice still in the chest when I BBQed. I would probably never have purchased this ice chest for myself because it is pretty expensive compared to other chest from local department stores but there is no comparison to the quality of a yeti. I now have a saying about yeti coolers. " There are two types of people that don't own a Yeti cooler, those that just don't know any better and those that can't afford it. "
I bought this cooler before my big camping trip. Placed two 22 pounds of ice in it on Tuesday and weather was in the low 80's. Used te cooler for beer so was opened several times a day and when we were leaving on Sunday half the ice was still solid. Once cooler was emptied of ice the inside stayed cool for 4 hours afterword with lid opened. Cooler was very tough getting beat around in the bed of my truck. Very pleased with cooler and can't wait to use it this fall for tailgating and backwoods hunts.
My group got tired of freeze dried food on our long canoe trips so we picked up this bad boy. The 105 drops perfectly into place and held enough food for six people for a week. The only problem we had was we had to stop and thaw out the food once we took it out of the yeti!

I added a Tundra 105 cushion and now both cans are comfortable , and the ones in the cooler are ice cold for days if they ever last that long . I just love my Yeti !
Obviously this cooler is extremely expensive. But it's also extremely awesome. We used this on our cross-country road trip and it kept things nice and cold, even with the 105 degree Texas & New Mexico heatwave that we experienced. We love the metal basket and also got a center divider which I highly recommend that you do also. Just gotta convince Yeti to drop their price down a bit and they'll have the perfect product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
