Customer Reviews
I bought this item so we could use our cooler as on extra seat on the boat. Comfortable and ease of use is worth it.

Advised by several friends that Yeti was the one to get while searching for a Boat Cooler...Love it!! It sits in the cockpit of my boat as a fixture and with Seat Cushion serves a dual purpose...
Bought 2 105s used them on lake Powell for 10 days came home with 60% of my big blocks of ice that I left with. Did need crushed ice every few days to put over top of everything. But over all happy but they are heavy.
Bought this for my own Fathers Day gift and it's lived up to the hype. We've had Yeti Chronicles on my FB page as it has been on a fishing trip on an Island in the Gulf of Mexico for three days and no additional ice required with no AC and on the hottest days of the summer so far the 105 produced well. We also took it from Texas on a road trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota for 8 days and only added ice once on the trip. Follow the directions and it's a work horse. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that bugger gets real heavy when loaded and needs two guys to move it around much.

Waited nearly 2 years to buy a Yeti--just couldn't fit it into budget. Have now taken to our tiny cabin twice & it did all it was supposed to do. Kept food cold for a week and the meat (in bottom) stayed frozen for 5 days. Don't have room to keep inside cabin, so it was on porch in partial sun during morning, although covered with a down throw during that time. Daytime temps hovered between 80 to 90 during that week--no problem for the Yeti. Everything was as cold as from the fridge. 2nd trip was even hotter outside (though only 4 days) and performance was still top notch. Still had lots of ice cubes and remaining contents were super cold when we returned home. We use 2 liter bottles filled with KoolerGel and they were still mostly frozen as well. Can't attest to the bear resistance--fortunately, the bears didn't choose to pay us a visit. This size is definitely heavy, though. We have to use a makeshift ramp to get it into the truck when full (we're old as dirt, not so strong anymore), but we've worked out a system. Only complaint is the non-skid 'feet'. I understand the need for them in some circumstances but, for the price, we should be able to order with the type of feet we prefer, not have to purchase additional ones and drill into the new cooler. Just sayin'. But, in spite of this, we love our new Yeti and are already planning to get a smaller one for shorter trips. Thanks for a great product!

I did all of the research and then bought this cooler for family camping and fishing trips and I am so glad I did. It is worth every penny. I recommend the re-freezable solid ice blocks as they make a big difference in ice life especially when the kids open it very frequently.
Seems great after a short while. . .hope it last as long as all my other Yeti gear!

We purchased this cooler prior to our family trip to Canada for 2 weeks. We placed perishables inside it along with a good amount of ice. The trek to our cabin took 48hrs. (16hrs of driving total) We placed the cooler in our boat, under the travel cover. It gets VERY hot under the cover, and we typically have to cook some of the food right away because it has thawed. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened up the cooler - the ice was just as fresh as when we poured it in. We stay on an island, and 8 days later (10 days total) the ice was still primarily frozen. Needless to say, we were able to eat our food at our leisure, without the cooler dictating which meals we had. With cold storage being a premium at our cabin (Small fridge/freezer) this cooler was an excellent investment. This enabled us to save money by shopping at home - and avoiding the exorbitant prices of food. We saved over $200 by utilizing the Yeti....at that rate, it will pay for itself in no time. Also, the cooler is nearly indestructible. I foresee this being a staple in our family vacations for the next 20yrs.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
