Warranty
Sunstone stainless steel burners, cooking grids and housings are to be from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. All other grill components including ignitors, knobs, valves and tubing are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Great swap out for the price. It easily reaches 800 Degrees with a searing and grilling furnace. He's made a very durable stainless steel it also comes with interior lights so you can see what you're doing at night. I think it's a personally a great value for the quality.

After receiving a call back from the BBQ Guys, it was determined that my installer left out the "Supplied" gas regulator. The BBQ Guys sent me a NEW regulator (at their expense) and I had it installed and Voila . . . This GRILL IS PERFECT NOW! No more hot spots, I can adjust the temperature and yes, the grill still looks awesome. Thanks to the BBQ Guys team for "figuring this one out" for me. My rating on the grill and the BBQ Guys is FIVE STARS!!! Happy customer.

It’s been about a month since I purchased my Sunstone Ruby grill and I’m extremely impressed with it. When I was shopping for a grill there were four key points I was concerned with: quality of construction, how well it works and the features/aesthetics.. The grill is very well made; there is nothing cheap or flimsy about it. The lid is well balanced and all parts such as the stainless steel grills, burners, heat shields and the exterior are heavy duty. This grill operates great, it heats up very quickly and cooks evenly. The searing grill is a real nice feature and works well as a first place to place steaks, burgers etc. Besides how well it works and how sturdy it is, it is a very nice looking grill. It looks impressive and the lights inside as well as those on the controls are a very useful feature. Overall I give the grill five stars, there is nothing about it that I would change in any way. The grill arrived packed well and on a pallet. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not be any happier with the grill and the purchase.

I have had this product installed for 4 months now in a custom outdoor living space. The grill looks amazing, quality construction and fit . . . . but the most important part of the grill is "How it Performs". And on that front . . . I am highly disappointed given the price point of the product. I have cooked chicken wings, chicken breast, burgers, dogs and steaks . . . and I can tell you that even on the LOW SETTING, the hot spots on this grill are horrible. Flare ups are CONSTANT regardless of the temperature setting. I have to turn the grill on, let it heat up then I have to SHUT OFF ALL HEAT to cook anything I put on the grill unless I want it CHARRED even on the LOW setting. This grill is set into my outdoor kitchen enclosed by my custom granite top . . . if it wasn't, I would return it for a full refund. Very unhappy and I would like any "Suggestion" on how to get this grill to cook better. Change the flare guards, anything. No, I would not recommend this product for the purpose of grilling . . . you will be disappointed. If you just want to "Look at It" . . . Its great.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
