The ice in my water doesn't last as long as it does with less expensive tumblers.

Received the 30 oz. Rambler Travel Mug & the Straw Lid for a gift. The straw lid does not screw on to the mug & is very hard to make fit for use. The ad is quite misleading as there is not a 30 oz. rambler cup, only the traveler mug shown & says compatible accessories.

The Stronghold Lid is the only compatible lid for the Travel Mug. The tumbler straw lid will fit on the 20 oz and 30 oz Rambler Tumblers.

I really enjoy this straw lid. I use my yeti for water and having this lid helps me make sure I drink enough water daily.

There are so many bad reviews on here and reading through them, it appears no one took the time to understand that this lid doesn't fit the travel mug. It's not Yeti's fault that YOU didn't read before you purchased this lid for your travel mug. Ignore the bad reviews. This lid is perfect for the cups that it's actually meant to fit.

Just receive my 20oz rambler with "stronghold" lid. I also ordered a straw lid. Straw lid doesn't "screw" on to the rambler...

Thank you for your review. The Tumbler Straw Lid is not compatible with our Travel Mug, as the Straw Lid has a press-fit interface.

Does not fit the 30oz traveler mug. Very disappointing and ridiculous. Why make two different tops? Make one that fits each 30oz mug... poor product design.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
