I love Yeti products! I have several models, including the 30 oz. Tumbler and the 10 oz. stackable mug. Such high quality and they keep cold things cold all day long! Hot things don't stay as hot for as long, but they stay hot long enough for me. I had a plastic 32 oz. water bottle and it was fine, except that by the middle of the day the water was room temperature and by the end of the day it tasted plastic-y and it's difficult to properly clean all of the crevices to prevent mold. And forget about leaving it in the car in the summer while you run errands! Plus, if it gets turned sideways or upside down in my work bag, it leaks - onto my laptop! I got this one because I like to have fresh, cool water available all day and the size helps me take in enough hydration. However, because of the large size, it's a bit unwieldy (I'm a 5'3" woman) and I have to use both hands to drink out of it, so I look like a baby drinking out of a baby bottle :D. Also, it doesn't really bother me that it doesn't fit into my car's cup holders. I just lay it on the passenger seat because I don't have to worry about it leaking! I will continue to purchase Yeti products for myself and as gifts as long as the quality and customer service remain the same.

Disappointed in this product. The lid makes a very loud noise when it's opened or closed. Sitting in a meeting or a classroom. It's disruptive and I can't use it.

Yeti never disappoints me. When I received this the chug cap was cracked so I put in a warranty claim and a new one was sent immediately. Very impressive with customer service. Will definitely buy more Yeti products. I recommend any of their products well worth the money.

I got the rambler with the chug cap to use for elk hunting to bring some coffee with me to sip on while I glass the mountain side. Turns out that the seal between the chug cap and the cap leaks all over the place. I can't get it to seal no matter how tight I make the cap. Ended up spilling coffee all over my backpack and didn't get to drink much coffee after a 2 mile hike in 5 degree weather. I would not recommend this lid style at all.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
