I bought this bottle in August 2021. It worked well to keep my water cold for a while, but recently the quality has gone downhill. My ice has started to melt quickly and the bottle has become leaky. Since there is supposed to be a five year warranty, I tried to file a warranty claim, but it won't allow me to attach photos. I tried several different file types to see if that was the issue with attaching a photo. Nothing works.

I hate the Chug Cap. I'm not buying it. I want it for hot coffee, and I'm not chugging hot coffee.

Love the bottle and size, however when I put hot or cold liquids in bottle, the bottle does not keep the contents hot or cold? When used for coffee, the exterior will get warm! Same thing when adding ice water, exterior gets cold and starts to sweat in warm weather...

This did not keep my water cold plus it leaked some of the water. I put water in it then put the bottle with top off in fridge for the night to make sure it was nice and cold which it was the next day…I used cold water I had in fridge for three days to make sure it was nice and cold. This is the second time I've tried it by leaving the cap on with cold water and leaving it over nigh still did not keeping my water cold,even tried it with no water in it with cap off in fridge then putting cold water in that has been in my fridge for three days unfortunately it still didn't keep my water cold….very disappointed.

When it is full and you pour from it, it dribbles down the side of the container. Pouring my morning coffee into a mug from this requires me to put napkins under it on my desk. Ask any of the staff to try and pour from a full container without dribbling. It will be a competition. Should have put a lip on it.

I bought this 2 to 3 years ago and I still love it! Might pick up a bigger one for when I go on lengthier adventures.

I bought this cup for a trip to Hawaii to carry around my water for the day. I found that by 4-5 hours of use, or just waiting to be used, the ice was melted and the drink was not ice cold. I have reached out toYeti and told that my cup is ok, nothing they would do. I have had Artic cups in past which have held ice for 24 hrs. Save your money.

I love the bottle, it has been great, but the chug cap leaves something to be desired. It is great when kept upright at all times, which when stationary is fine. But, when roaming and it gets tipped over, it spills liquid each time you drink from it. Seems to me that a yeti should be able to roll around and give you a clean sip. Alas, that is not the case. It would be great to see an improved chug cap with the slight reservoir that fills with liquid altered so that there are no messy spills as you use it when out and about.

I love this 18 oz rambler bottle. I use it everywhere. It can fit inside of my small backpack and I also have a clip which attaches to my back pack and the water bottle. I love the convenience of it being small, and not as heavy as my larger yeti water bottle. It's just right when your st the pool, quick trip to mall, and by night stand for sipping.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
