I don't typically write reviews, however this item deserves it. I am a nurse and got this for work. I decided to test it out when I first opened it and to my surprise it kept ice for 3 whole days!!! I am totally impressed with the quality and of course love the look as well. I used to have to change my water constantly through out my shift because it would get warm and I like my water cold, so this is a game changer! I also got to customize it which I love as well! One very happy customer! I ordered the 26 oz as well which I haven't received yet but know now that it was a great purchase! Thanks YETI!

It's tough as nails, but it doesn't keep ice as long as I was expecting. The water remains cold, but the ice definitely melts A LOT faster than my Swell bottle that this is replacing.

Absolutely love my Yeti. I put some ice in my water at work in the morning and it's cold all day long. I've dropped it a few times too - expected dents or scratches, but so far good as new!

I love my yeti! I use it for water for work because I work 12 hour shifts and it stays ice cold the whole time and the ice is still there when I get home. I've bought several with no regrets.

So far this has been great for my daughter I got it for her as a birthday gift she had many cups that were disgusting and never kept their temperature just beat up looking and With her being athletic and on the go she really needs something good no not good something great… so far she really seems like the yeti

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
