I got the 36oz rambler about 6 months ago and I already have to replace the cap. The bottle is way over priced but I was okay with that because I thought it was going to be good quality. The bottle is pretty good except for quality of the cap. Now I have to buy an over priced replacement cap.

I took my Prickly Pear yeti to the lake this weekend and forgot it on the boat. As we were hauling it, it flew off the boat onto the road. No dents, a few paint scratches, and just some gauges to the lid. Very impressed with the outcome! Going to keep using it for now and get a new one later on.

Works great. Kept water ice cold on a few hikes and golf rounds. The handle cap makes it easy to carry on walks and is comfortable to hold.

I bought two. The twist off cap stripped and broke within the first week. I now have two expensive water cups.. The soft threads inside the cap is a major design flaw..

What you are experiencing isn’t something that happens often but can be caused by cross-threading and/or over-tightening your Chug Cap. Over time this will strip the threads. We would love to get that Chug Cap replaced for you. Please send our Outfitter team an email at customerservice@yeti.com.

Easy to fill. Keeps water cold for longer than it would ever take to empty. Need to put the lid on in 2 steps to prevent spills from recapping after filling. Lid comes off fast without excessive unscrewing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
