Bought the rambler a couple days ago. The day after purchasing, took it with me in my truck as it's 117 outside. It fell over at one point and nick the duracoat. Warranty folks say that's not covered. I was under the impression the duracoat wouldn't peel or chip.

We've got loads of yeti products (coolers to dog bowls) and this is the only one that's been a let down. Firstly, it doesn't keep drinks cold. Doesn't matter how much ice you add. Secondly the top always leaks when you unscrew the lid to take a sip meaning you can't use it when driving or on the go.

I have other Yeti's that are perfect! This yeti I have filled out a warranty on it due to the ice melting with in 2 hours of putting it in and not being ever a little cold at.the end of the day. I filled out the warranty a few weeks back and they said 2-3 days I would hear from someone and That was a few weeks back. I have yet to be contacted.

Let me start by saying that I love Yeti products! I have several tumblers and I love them all! I was looking for a bottle and found the 26oz King Crab Orange(should've gotten 36oz) This bottle is amazing and I love the chug cap! I dropped it on my carport and to my surprise there were more scratches on it than I figured it would be. I thought the Duracoat was tougher than that, definitely disappointed! Still a good bottle though…

Love this product but purchased the straw and cap and it is very difficult to turn and align correctly then it occasionally leaks. I thought it was just mine but my husband said his is the same.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
