So far this water bottle has been everything I wanted and has done all that it's supposed to with the exception of I dropped it the first day I had it and the bottom part dented a little. That was disappointing but as I said, other than that, it's great. Keeps my water cold, the chug lid is THE BEST, and has withstood the other couple times it's been dropped.

Definitely Recommend!! Kept my ice water so cold all day, that by the end of our hike to Inspiration Point at Jenny Lake, I ran out of water before the ice melted! Super durable too! Mine rolled off of my back pack and down a rocky embankment, and all it got was a few dings!

I'm a coffee drinker, so my kids gave me one so that I don't have to keep making coffee . what Am I doing wrong, my coffee is barely warm a hour later . My old one another brand stays warm at least 3hrs. So what am I doing wrong?

Bought this 3 months ago and the cap is stripped and won't close securely. Pretty disappointed, the first yeti product. I bought, don't think I'll buy them again.

Easy to fill and keeps liquid cold for 24 hours. Well built, with a cap design that makes it easy to carry. Overall, I'm glad I bought it, even though it is pricey.

I thought by buying top of the line my drink would stay cold, even my ice still frozen after an 8 hour day but unfortunately it hasn't lived up to the expectation. :(

I ordered one monogrammed for my daughter and went to back to order one for myself and monogram is no longer available. Please bring it back. I find things do not disappear when monogram is done. If I set it down, I know which one is mine. Others return it if they find it. Please bring it back.

I drink out of this everyday. Easy to wash and keep clean. Keeps water cold. 36oz is on the heavier side but the well-designed lid makes it very easy to carry. Overall, I recommend this product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
