I got this last September and it often leaks. It's really hard to get the gaskets on perfectly. Is it possible to put regular lid on this and Dow without chug cap?

I love Yeti products and we own about 4 different bugs and bottles. With this bottom , I love it as well but the cap tends to smell of mold very quickly, within the same day of use, so if I take it with me to a park or beach I have to stop using it because it picks up an offensive smell of mold. Another examples is that I like to wash it at the end of the day to get it ready to have next to my bed, by morning time, the cap has a mold smell and has to be washed again. It's rather frustrating, so now I've been removing the entire cap to use it.

The design or look of the product is very good and solid but the cold or hot retention is not quite good.

We purchased the earlier model which did not have a two step screw top (wide mouth and drink spout). At five hours, hot water in the new design is 20 degrees cooler than the original wide mouth model (150 versus 170!). I think Yeti goofed when they added the additional drinking adapter which is made of plastic and seems to let heat escape. Definitely not worth the Yeti premium price. To be fair, Yeti did send a replacement but the flaw remains on the replacement.

I bought this cause one of my friends had it and I just simply loved it. I made a purchase of another rambler and I was kind of excited. Everything seemed fine until after a few hours noticed the water is always leaking today I had it on my bad and EVERYTHING GOT WET! It even damaged a gift I had in there. I'm sooo disappointed cause I'm in Costa Rica now and I can't return it ☹️☹️

I bought this to keep my coffee hot while ice fishing. It barley kept it warm. I am very disappointed with this product.

I made my shirts wet every time I drink , my bag, cup holder in my car… I don't know where the water leaks from… , any idea how to prevent ???

The Chug Cap is a leak-proof cap, so If you notice liquid leaking from between the Rambler and the lid, please make sure your gaskets are set in place correctly. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
