Screw on lid is cumbersome. Takes multiple tries to get it on for sipping area to be in the correct position. Lid does not accommodate a straw.

Screw top will take some getting used to and slider will take some getting used to as well. I'd say if I had to buy another right now I wouldn't. I'd just buy one with a regular top. But who's to say in a few months after multiple uses I wouldn't love it then.

This is 20 oz number 12 for me. I find that the 20oz is perfect to hold and carry without being obnoxiously big and too heavy. Yeti keeps my coffee smoking hot and my water super cold. A little obsessed with the color. My yetis get a ton of use and are in the dishwasher constantly. All maintain their beautiful color with no chipping. I think it would be fun for yeti to partner with Pantone or Ben Moore and come out with the color of the year cup. Just a thought.

I love this brand. It's well designed and well made. Doesn't leak and has a very functional top. The only part that I am disappointed about is the fact that I am not able to get it monogramed with only a single letter in any font other than the two options they provide. They also do not allow you to only monogram one side. In addition they don't monogram only two letters, ( first and last name). For some reason they use either 3 letters or 1. Not having the logical options seemed unusual to me with this brand since every other part is thought out and well done.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
