Yeti lives up to its reputation of sustaining beverage temperature. Due to a recent illness I had to have small sips of cold water throughout the night. I filled the tumbler with ice and water (10:00PM) and drank as needed through the night. Though the ice was gone, the remaining water was still cold 8 hours later. I'm sure if, the water had not been touched, it still would have had ice.

Love the color, weight and feel of this YETI! Its a beautiful mug! I like the screw on lid and the slip/slide drink opening. I have five Yeti cups/mugs and this might just be my favorite!

I purchased this coffee mug and wanted to love it. The color is beautiful. I could not operate the spill proof lid. I have arthritis and it was very difficult to slide the stopper.

Since Yeti went with the solid handles instead of the plastic add-on type, the mugs are less usable. The handle is too small for fingers (esp men's fingers) and puts undue stress on the wrist because the balance is off. Also, the mugs don't hold ice as long as the originals did. I still have one from Yeti's first offering and it keeps ice for almost 48 hrs. I can leave in my hot car for 5-6 hrs & the ice still doesn't melt until hours long after I get home. The new ones won't keep ice for more than 2 hrs in a hot car & never inside the house for more than 12 hrs. I'll buy the competitor's mug in the future as there's no reason to pay a premium for Yeti. Makes me sad!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
