With a black matte body matched with brass knobs and handles, the Tecnogas Superiore RD361 GCN-B range makes an elegant statement in both modern and traditional homes. Powered by six brass burners, this 36-inch natural range is designed for serious performance. This natural gas range has two 18,000 BTU power burners, one 11,000 BTU large burner, two 6,500 BTU medium burners and one 3,600 BTU small burner. One of the power burners can turn down to 750 BTU to gently simmer delicate sauces and soups without scorching, or turn up to 18,000 BTU to quickly boil large pots of water for pasta cooking. The main burner ports are inclined, positioned toward the bottom of the pot to minimize heat loss. The cast iron grates provide a continuous cooking surface, allowing pots and pans to be moved from one burner to another without tipping over. The large, 6. 7 cubic foot gas oven features four convection fans for even cooking and the 10,000 BTU broiler produces great results every time. The heavy-duty, triple layered glass door provides maximum thermal insulation. The oven door has a soft close mechanism, and due to its excellent cushioning and balancing, it can be left open safely in any position along its arc. It is designed with a fully flush internal surface, eliminating any screws or gaps for a sleek look.
