I have used this product for a little more than a year and it just stopped cooling. It seems like a serious damage and it is just a few months outside the warranty. During the time that was working it was not consistently cooling the drinks. In ocassions, it took more than three days to get them cold.

I use this as an outdoor fridge in our outdoor island. I looked around for a long time making sure I bought the best unit for the money. We had an inexpensive model previously that would not keep drinks cold so I called BBQ guys for a suggestion and this is what was recommended. It keeps the drinks very cold even when it is 90 degrees out and is not turned to max. We keep it on 6 with 7 being the highest setting. It seems to be built well and has a nice long handle. I think we got the best unit for our budget. Very happy so far.

This is my first outdoor fridge, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I'm very happy with my purchase. I've only had it a few weeks but it was easy to setup and I've had no issues with it keeping my drinks cold. I even had to turn the temperature down some because on the highest setting (7) I was getting some ice on the top of the fridge. A lot of other reviews complain about it being too loud, but I disagree. Of course the fridge is going to make some noise, but I would say I can't notice it if I'm more than 10 feet away. Even if I'm close to it its a really faint sound that will be drowned out by any conversations or other background noise. Delivery went well and the customer service when I called to order was excellent. The fridge is a little bulky and awkward to move in and out of the built in slot, but that's really the only negative thing I have to say so far. We'll see how it holds up over the years.

Bought this with many other appliances for outside kitchen. Didn't install until 8 months after purchase. Refrigerator never got very cold. Says gets as low as 36 degrees. No way!! Drinks are never cold enough and now out of warranty. Don't buy!!

I can hear this inside the house when it comes on. If your kitchen is away from the domicile your ok. Good storage. I get that look from my wife every time the compressor kicks on. It can drown reasonably leveled music and conversation. Hopefully I can find something that fits the space as I built the stonework space to fit this product.

Installed as part of my outdoor kitchen and the compressor runs frequently with the thermostat set a "3" and it is very loud when running. Haven't had it long enough to really gauge the overall cooling effectiveness of the 1-7 thermostat settings. The disappointment in this unit is its loud and frequently running compressor.

I was so excited about my new refrigerator and it is my least favorite item in my new outdoor kitchen. It's very loud and it doesn't close very good.

Bought in April, 2018. Put into service May, 2018. June 2019 unit no longer cooling. Called Blaze customer service and they sent new thermostat and two new relays. Replace them and still not cooling.

We bought in April 2017, but our outdoor kitchen was not completed until October 2017 which is when we started using the fridge. It has completely stopped running. Out of warranty after 1 year! Mechanic said it would cost $800 to fix, so we are just better off buying a cheap-o next time which we can replace!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
