Both of these knifes are a great start to any chef's journey. I was gifted this set as I have started my own culinary journey. They are sturdy and durable and most importantly sharp. Make sure to dry immediately after washing to avoid hard water stains.

Perfect upgrade to my current knives. The the shape of the chefs knife makes it very easy to slice with the steeper than average curve on the front. The elongated flat area is great for thin accurate chopping. The pairing knife is perfectly shaped for my hand. They both feature the curved bolster of the Pro line making holding the knives properly comfortable and gives better results. The forged German steel and construction give a great blade that is very sharp, stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain.

Well first of all these knives are beautiful I am so happy that I bought this set that I'm building on very sturdy knife quality of the knife is great holding it feels perfect in my hand I have a large hand they're very sharp enjoyable to use I just received this set to start my build today Well done, John.

This set include the top two knives you need in a kitchen. Pro knives are made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. The bolster is curved and perfect to hold with pinch grip. The knives are also ice hardened which translates to the blade starting sharp and staying sharper longer. They are razor sharp.

I went into a store to try out all the knives they had so that I could find the one that was most comfortable for me and I found that these knife handles were the most comfortable for me to use. I also liked the weight on them. Since they are a bit more expensive than others on the market, I decided to just get this starter set and add onto them as I have more money because I would rather have high quality knives that will last a long time than get a whole set that I will have to replace.

Nothing you can't tackle with this twosome...large or small, both have age-old, proprietary Zwilling Stainless Steel. Angled bolster for leverage and no-stain steel for longevity.

This is the perfect set and highly recommend getting it if you are interested in the Pro line. These two are the most used knives in my kitchen. They are sharp, durable, and have the most comfortable handle I have ever used.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
